President Volodymyr Zelensky said he asked NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg during a phone call on June 22 to convene the NATO-Ukraine Council to discuss the terminated Black Sea Grain Initiative.
"I turned to Jens with a proposal to urgently convene such a council for appropriate crisis consultations. The meeting will take place in a few days. We can overcome the security crisis in the Black Sea," Zelensky said.
NATO launched the NATO-Ukraine Council, aimed at enabling closer coordination between Kyiv and the alliance, and extended the Comprehensive Assistance Package (which provided 500 million euros in defense aid so far) into a multi-year program after the summit in Vilnius held on July 11.
Zelensky said earlier on July 22 that he spoke with Stoltenberg by phone about sustaining the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

Ukraine grain was mostly going to the EU.
Zelensky needs the money.
Maybe the meathead shouldn’t have used the agreed safe commercial shipping corridors to mask drone attacks on Crimea, and maybe the meathead should not have blown up the ammonia pipeline feeding Russian fertilizer production.
One must look at exports, and not just wheat.
Corn. Soybeans. Seed oils. Potash.

Interesting suggestion. We know these world leaders, particularly Zelensky, cares nothing for human life. Maybe it’s just the lost revenue he’s concerned about.
I wonder if he would accept resuming “grain” shipments if each shipment was subject to inspection.

I see a possibility here. Maybe this can be the start of negotiations to stop the war. Zelelnsky is asking for someone to step in and help out for a change.

Entire towns have been leveled by Russia in Ukraine.
You blame Ukraine for their defensive actions against the invaders. So mean of them do defend themselves, why don’t they let Russia take whole Ukraine without firing a shot, right?
