Trump also made a call for the United Auto Workers union, which endorsed Biden in 2020, but might be regretting that, according to the former president.

The union leaders will still endorse the Dim candidate, just like the endorsed Kerry in 2004 even though Kerry was all NAFTA.

Well, the US auto industry would just middle-finger Trump and continue down the death spiral to all EV production.

“ Well, the US auto industry would just middle-finger Trump and continue down the death spiral to all EV production.”

So you’re saying that they love this fascist system, like all big corporations do?

Where is DeSantis on this issue?

I expect the Japanese might be a little more realistic.

We could send the US makers to France, and let the Japanese occupy Detroit and Dearborn.

CAFE is one of the most monstrous things ever inflicted on the American people. They are a weapon and the rats keep raising the bar. To reach the most recent proposed set the automakers will have to suspend the laws of physics to meet them. They will be used to drive ICE vehicles of the road.

Good to see Trump hitting a great issue —
rather than picking fights with successful Republican governors who are with him on most issues.
