Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) says he thinks it would be a mistake for former President Trump not to attend the upcoming Republican presidential primary debates as the former president threatens to skip it.
“[The race] is certainly his to lose right now. He’s an unconventional candidate. When some people talked about him not going to the upcoming debate in August in Milwaukee — I think that would be a mistake,” Walker told CNN’s Dana Bash on “Inside Politics” on Monday.

Trump should not attend any debate moderated by the mainstream media or organized by the RNC. It’s time to tell the msm and RNC that they are no longer relevant. Their starting point on all issues is not aligned with everyday Americans. They think no budget ceiling, endless spending, gender denial, and forever wars are good things. (That’s just Fox News, it’s worse on all other networks) They have zero clue what the base cares about.

Trump doesn’t have to demean himself by appearing on the stage with the rest of the pretenders. They will continue to attack President Trump whether he’s there or not, and it’s time they started attacking each other in person, on the debate stage, if one of them wants to be the candidate that outlasts the rest.

Walker. If this guy isn’t a bush in disguise.Nope. Look up Act 10 in Wisconsin and how hard Walker fought against the hard Left. He's made his mistakes, but is definitely the real deal.

He is NO Bush. He went hard after the teachers’ union in Wisconsin, for gun rights, for voter ID, for mining . . . in Wisconsin, facing UWisc commies and Wisconsin druggies taking over the Capitol, to armies of leftists bused in from Chicago. He got more abuse than Bork and Thomas and Reagan. The most of anyone until Trump. He isn’t Trump, but he was an excellent governor and helped move it from Blue to Purple.

They have zero clue what the base cares about. They know, they just don't care about people's concerns.
The agenda is always the issue and more important.
(see climate change as an example)

IF there is a democrat debate Trump should go to that and simply sit there and give nods or shake his head as needed.
Or better yet, do a livestream and comment on the debate as it happens!

Those of us who lived in Wisconsin during his term were impressed with his toughness. Never raised his voice, but never backed down. He earned our trust. His term was like an exorcism with all the lefties spinning their collectivist heads.

I don’t know what yours is, but I lived IN Wisconsin when he took everything our mutual enemies threw at him and didn’t back down, when he pushed a barely Republican Senate to get it done and not split the difference. Yes, that is an ally.

He should do debates but not on their terms. Stop letting hacks moderate debates. Change the rules so that the “moderators” shut up and just keep time
