Former Vice President Mike Pence fired back on social media after an out-of-context video clip of him suggesting he’s more interested in the war in Ukraine than issues plaguing cities across the US went viral on Friday.
In the video, former Fox News host Tucker Carlson questions the 2024 Republican presidential candidate about where his priorities lie after Pence criticizes the length of time it has taken the Biden administration to provide Ukraine with weapons to fend off Russia’s invasion of the former Soviet state.
“You are distressed that the Ukrainians don’t have enough American tanks. Every city in the United States has become much worse over the past three years. Drive around. There’s not one city that’s gotten better in the United States, and it’s visible,” Carlson says during a forum at the Family Leadership Summit in Iowa.
“Our economy has degraded, the suicide rate has jumped, public filth and disorder and crime have exponentially increased, and yet, your concern is that the Ukrainians – a country most people can’t find out a map – who’ve received tens of billions of US tax dollars don’t have enough tanks. I think it’s a fair question to ask, like, where’s the concern for the United States in that?” Carlson asks Pence.
To which Pence responds, “It’s not my concern. Tucker, I’ve heard that routine from you before, but that’s not my concern.”

He lost his cool and sunk any chance he may have had with that indelible remark while disclosing his true self. Tucker is unique because he’s a truth-seeker and many don’t fair well when confronted by the truth.
This is the reason why you never saw Pence during the Trump administration.
Bull crap. I watched the entire interview last night. Pence doesn’t give a damn about the American people. His interests lie in the MIC. The guy is low IQ’d and has no imagination. His talking points are all consultant driven with zero originality. The importance of Ukraine to Pence is a lame recycling of the Vietnam era domino theory. Wake up people. We lost Vietnam and do we really care if they are commies today? How did that affect a single American at home. We all know the negative effects to servicemen and their families. He needs to retire from public life and never be heard from again. He’s a traitor.
He’s running for President of the US, right? Not Ukraine?

Not enough has been made of what Pence said just before he said “that’s not my concern”. If you listen close, Pence sounds like an angry, condescending prick when he says “ well, thanks for noticing.” Perfectly encapsulates how rattled he was before he torpedoed his career.
I have to say that this is so true, I realized after watching Pence how STUNNED I was to see who he really is!! I realized just how little I saw of him during the Trump admin!! He is really a very nasty intolerant individual VERY UNLIKEABLE!!

All to avoid a simple yes or no answer to simple straight forward questions .

They use the same when caught red handed in word and or deed.

I have the complete opposite point of view. Pence and all of the other candidates are perfectly fine with MSM interviewers and moderators. They’re comfortable in that environment. What they’re not fine with, is conservative moderators. Tucker Carlson exposed these candidates by asking questions from a right-wing perspective and they weren’t used to that line of questioning.
This is why we need right-wing moderators.
As I said in another post, Pence is a Pharisee. He should read up on that subject and modify his thinking, but instead he keeps shouting “crucify them!”
