Ukraine has received cluster munitions, a military spokesperson said on Thursday, less than a week after the United States announced it would transfer such munitions to Ukrainian forces.
Valeryi Shershen, a spokesman for the Tavria military command in southern Ukraine, confirmed a CNN report citing the commander of the Tavria forces as saying Ukraine had just received cluster munitions but had not used them yet.
Cluster munitions are "in the hands of our defence forces," Shershen told Ukrainian television but giving few details.

Mischief piled upon mischief. Actually, cluster bombs, actually a sort of air-seeded land mine, will render some areas as hazardous zones, and nobody will realize it until numerous serious injuries or deaths result.

Decades from now, there will still be one legged children in Ukraine.
They’ve been getting cluster bombs from Turkey since Dec 2022.
After all the threads on this, I bet that there will still be the same repetition of facts required as people post not knowing that Russia has been using CBs from the first days of their invasion, that Ukraine has used them some, that the use of them is not a war crime but that they can be used in war crimes against civilians, which Russia has done repeatedly and which are being cataloged and investigated with charges pending.
We will have to repost that Trump overruled restrictions America put in place in 2008/9, the failure rates of previous US CBs versus newer ones versus the up to 40% failure rate of the Russian versions, and other information already posted many dozens of times.
Russia can retaliate in kind. The Ukes are running out of men and options.

Post your sources that Russia had run out of Cluster bombs more than a year ago.
Looks like they’re using them just to keep Russia from advancing. Really stupid because they can’t advance either.
No one has asked if Ukraine have the systems to deliver these weapons.
They’ve also been getting cluster bombs from Russia for some time now.
You have bought into more propaganda. US cluster munitions dud rate is ~2%, so its not like these will create huge mine fields. BTW, russian cluster bomb dud rates are closer to 40%, so who is creating the bigger problem here?
