The details of Ray Epps' civil complaint against Fox News reveals that he is being criminally charged by the DOJ, almost three years after the fact.
"Finally, in May 2023, the Department of Justice notified Epps that it would seek to charge him criminally for events on January 6, 2021—two-and-a-half years later. The relentless attacks by Fox and Mr. Carlson and the resulting political pressure likely resulted in the criminal charges" the complaint reads.
The complaint continues, blaming Fox News for the criminal charges: "... it is difficult to believe that the Department of Justice would have pursued this matter if Fox had not focused its lies on Epps, ultimately the criminal charges conclusively demonstrate the falsehood of the story that Mr. Carlson and Fox told about Epps.

Let’s hope he now turns on the DOJ and provides full disclosure on what went down, THEN let’s hope everyone from Biden on down gets charged and arrested.
First, reporting on a criminal is not a crime.
Second, this looks like a cover up. Let’s see if they go after him like they did everyone else. Or does he get the Hunter Biden treatment.
I guess the charges prevent him from testifying to Congress.
Now that it’s “an active investigation” no one in the government will say anything about anything and he can be quietly acquitted in a few years. And that will “debunk” all “conspiracy theories”.
If they don’t put Epps in the DC Gulag that will be a YUGE red flag.

The “charges” were placed for just the reason he is now playing them, all orchestrated. My guess is that he was charged within hours of notifying the DOJ that he was filing suit. Fibbies, just trying to help.
I wondered about that. If this were real, he would have disappeared himself by now. Maybe fly down to Peru with Dylan.
What a fool? Someone paid Epps’ transport and expenses for him to make his presence obvious as an organizer on J6. Find out who was paying the bills and that’s your promoter.
