Republican presidential candidate former Vice President Mike Pence said Monday on FNC’s “Americas Newsroom” that the only way former President Donald Trump could solve the Ukraine war in a day was if he gave Vladimir Putin what he wanted.
When asked how the war ends, Pence said, “I think it ends by giving the Ukrainians what they need to win.”
He continued, “My former running mate likes to talk about solving it in a day. The only way you would solve this war in a day is if you gave Vladimir Putin what he wanted.”

I’m trying to picture what a ‘hugely angry and exasperated’ Mike Pence would look or sound like. I keep getting a blank screen, audio temporarily disabled.
What was that breadsticks commercial song:
“Everybody Doesn’t Like Something...”
The Ukraine war could last 3 more years, kill 100s of thousands more and create millions more refugees. And still be where we are today.
Pence is a putz..Trump only picked him since he saw Pence to be the opposite personality wise of him, but Pence turned out to be a giant turd..the fly had a point, should have pooped on his head
Pence is on the pad.
I wish someone would get into the Ukraine Money Laudromat and tell us how much each of these pols is getting.
Ukraine will eventually win, mark my words. An occupation can not succeed in the modern world with a dedicated local population determined to kick out the invaders.
Go fight for who?
America provoked and is sustaining this war. I don’t care which side you support. Russia or Ukraine. Thanks to Biden, we have blood on our hands.
.
LOL
He already got his unemployed daughter a Book Deal!
.
Because people like to laugh at clowns.
I’m more concerned with what America wants more than what Russia and the Ukraine want.
“Pence is right on this. There is only one way Trump could end this in one day and that is it. Give Putin everything and recognize the annexation.”
...Or give him options he wouldn’t like. (Trumps M O)
Putin wouldn’t care about any threat from the US, he is basically fighting us now.
This dunce is siding the Victoria Nuland and the Biden regime's failed strategy of provoking and trying to fight a proxy war against Russia.
1. I agree that Pence is thinking about how Trump is thinking he can end Russia’s war in Ukraine, in one day. Pence may be right about that.
2. But Trump is wrong if that is what he thinks, because “giving Putin what he wants” will not end the war.
3. Regardless of NATO aid to Ukraine, NATO cannot impose a territorial solution on Ukraine. Ukraine is not beholden to NATO by treaty and Ukraine will fight on no matter what. The fighting will not end just because Trump makes a one-on-one deal with Putin.
4. Ukraine will get enough aid from Poland and others to make a massive land invasion of Ukraine a guerrila warfare nightmare for Russia and keep the war going for a generation.
There is one thing and one thing only that could have stopped Putin in his war plans at the beginning. All it would have taken was a U.S. President to say to Putin that if Putin feared Ukraine joining NATO he could guarantee his fear coming true in time, by invading Ukaine. But alas, we had wimpy Biden for President at the time and Putin knew he is a paper tiger when it comes to U.S. adversaries.
This never would have happened on Trump’s watch. While it wouldn’t end on day one, it would be the beginning of the end.
Neocons are dumbest and most delusional people on earth.
That's right! All Putin wants it for neighboring countries to stop invading Russia!
/mordant sarcasm
Regards,
As opposed to giving Zelensky everything he wants? I mean, if only he had cluster bombs, then that would end it.
Come on Pence. Just because you say the war should end doesn’t mean capitulation to Putin. He has as much to lose from this continuing as Zelensky.
