The University of Cincinnati has now withdrawn its formal reprimand of a professor who failed a student for using the term 'biological woman'.
The reprimand was issued less than one month ago on June 14 by Melanie Nipper, but has since been removed from her personnel file.
The formal caution was removed after Professor Nipper filed an appeal with the University which later decided that her reprimand had been 'issued in error.'

It’s sad to see what our education system has become.
It is NOT ONLY the education system any longer this madness has trickled down into our entire corporate world, these completely brainwashed, idiot grads are now running our corporations AND our governments both state and federal!!
What a psychoputz this professor is. Who Let her out of the asylum and who hired her? They should be made to share a room together for life. Now that would be justice.
Good post for maintaining timeless standards. <>I read throughout the original article to which you referred, and was glad to see the student’s reputation and grade somewhat restored, but a bit chagrined to see the university fail to face reality by withdrawing the reprimand.
This makes the University look unsure of itself and divided in leadership, but what was said cannot be unsaid; this teacher still knows there is a certain point where the student’s right to express themselves using plain, factual language is going to be supported. The University continues to develop it’s backbone. The process not yet completed.
The university can only show its commitment to socialist justice by not only reinstating the zero grade to the student but also expelling the student. There is no biology! If they do anything less then the Badorangeman and his MAGA insurrection wins. < /Do I really need a sarcasm tag?>

I’ve been noticing g that medical sites are now using the germ “sex assigned at birth” when discussing issues related to male or female issues. Its pretty freaking sad that our nation has become e so afraid of being lo,itically incorrect that they have to state an obvious biological facts now when writing articles now.
Exactly. Many on the left are agendists masquerading as experts, but their actions betray their claims, and like you said show uncertainty and weakness. They can’t stand strongly for their agenda because their agenda doesn’t agree with basic facts.
I’d have a hard time taking a Melanie Nipper seriously. But that’s just me.
Biological women are a fact of biology.
