I'm sure some of these residents voted for this so they should stick around and enjoy it.

Most of them voted for this.
Biden got 75% in King county, but some of the parasites are now looking for a new host.

Hey, Seattle is only the 8th most expensive city in the country to live in. And it’s only the 15th most expensive city in the world. Oh, and Washington recently overtook California for the dubious distinction of having the highest gas prices in the country. Throw in the situation with the homeless, and I ask you, why would anyone want to leave?

They could move to California ... it is closer than Florida or Texas and it would be very easy for them to be assimilated.

It used to be called “white flight,” but that would be racist. The civilized generally prefer to live among such. Ignorance and hatred know no race or color, but it serves political purposes to keep particular groups uneducated and marginalized. It’s best to be out of the line of fire when their enmity destroys them.

Homeowners wanting to leave Seattle may find selling their house to be an interesting and long-drawn-out process. For those folks who rent, they can time their exit with the expiration of their lease.
Given what rental prices are like in the Seattle area, with a little prudence they can find far more affordable digs.
Work-from-home types can just relocate their desk. Others may have to find jobs in their new location — but judging how many “For Hire” signs are still up, they may not have that much difficulty effecting the shift.

Portland residents who voted themselves into serious trouble are finding out that moving elsewhere has a major drawback:
NO ONE is interested in buying their homes/properties so they CAN move.
NO ONE wants to move INTO Portland.
