Kamala Harris' future ticket to 2024 might already be punched thanks to Black voters.
Whether she's on the ticket in the VP slot or on the upper end and running for president, Republican presidential candidate Larry Elder said Sunday that voters can rest assured Harris is not going anywhere, adding that the key demographic's support for the vice president would spell doom for the Democratic Party's chances in 2024 should they decide to kick her to the curb. "If Joe Biden can't fog up a mirror, the nominee is going to be Kamala Harris," Elder said Sunday. After alleging Harris was chosen as a consequence of the Democratic Party's "obsession" with identity politics, he honed in on her overwhelming support from Blacks.

No one cares about the bottom of the ticket. And in the case of the Democrats, no one cares about the top of the ticket, either. They all know Senile Joe is a sock-puppet for the decision makers in his administration, and they will vote for him on Election Day.
Elder is wrong. Dims play to win. If Harris polls or performs poorly they’ll dump her like a bad habit and bring in Newsom. IMHO he’s going to be the nominee.

Do you really think Newsom is the best candidate to win states all over the country.
Dems will vote for whoever is the dem nominee- Elder should know this.
Why do they need to get rid of him? Incumbent presidents have a huge advantage.
Remember when Clinton was called “the first black President” because the law was always hounding him? Funny that none of that cred accrues to DJT.
It will be interesting to see how they jettison them if what you say happens.
If the Dems just have to have a black identify-as-a-she person as VP, it has to be a real down-for-the-struggle example like Stacey Abrams; otherwise it's Gretchen Whitmer, and she'll be in the position of being groomed for the First Elected Woman to the White House.
This just isn’t true. They put Newsome in there in her place and they will GAIN votes. I hate these BS “predictions” by the experts when many of us NON-experts will probably get it right. (or should I say “left?)
Well...some States are solid blue, and others are swing States. The ones that stop counting ballots at 1AM are the swing States. Newsome could probably be dragged across the line in 10-12 of them, with the new and improved voting fraud.
Harris actually ran for president, why wouldn’t she want to be president?
Elder is even more right that he (apparently) knows as there is ALREADY another candidate who will be on most ballots, and that is black Activist Cornell West as the Green Party candidate.
If the Republicans were as smart as the Democrats, they would make DAMN SURE that every black voter got to know about Cornell and how to vote for him. And Cornell is a DIRECT THREAT to the Democrats, regardless of who is their candidate, as he’ll only be pulling radical Leftist voters.

He was great in “The Naked Prey”. I love that movie.
We can only wish. But then again, lame Biden beat with cheating, Trump so no telling what the Democrats might accomplish with Harris. Almost like saying a DA can indict a ham sandwich, a Democrat can elect a person like Harris.
