State Attorneys General should take this to the Supreme Court, saying that it's unconstitutional for a state to force their illegal immigration policies onto the other states via the "full faith and credit" clause of Article IV.

Drivers licenses from any state are accepted at airports and police departments across the United States. This move by Pritzker would force Texas and Florida to accept the "Real ID's" of illegal aliens from Illinois, even though it goes against the laws of Texas and Florida.

SCOTUS could stop this if they wanted to on equal protection grounds or on the same ruling the Court used against Arizona's SB1070 law, citing immigration policy as the exclusive domain of Congress.

These are valid only in Illinois? And not Real ID qualifying, since they are illegal aliens? So, Governor DeSantis' new Florida law would specifically exclude these illegals?

BTW, I never undestood why the feds don't use these records to round up and deport illegal aliens. They should! Plus, find out where they are working and prosecute their empoyers.

Stupid question, I know, but what kind of ID do the ‘undocumented immigrants’ have to show to get ‘REAL ID’ DLs? My passport and at least one other ID were required for me to get a REAL ID DL here in MO. Those without passports had to supply Birth Certificates, etc. I saw at least two Americans turned away because they didn’t have the required paperwork.
