What SCOTUS’ affirmative action ruling could mean for DEI and the business of corporate wokeness

f you want to know why a transgender media influencer in a bubble bath appears in a Bud Light ad; why big companies shell out money for radical, Marxist charities like Black Lives Matter; or why de-facto racial hiring quotas exist under the euphemism of “diversity,” you need to know something about the business of “DEI.”

It’s the acronym for the nearly $10 billion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion industry.

It’s part of every large company’s ecosystem these days, enforced through increasingly progressive corporate HR departments that have distorted the term diversity to mean endless pride celebrations at the office, and de facto racial quotas in hiring and promotion.

If you think that sounds un-American, and downright strange as a corporate priority, you’re not alone.

.but we have got our pants on now—pulled up and buckled tight—and we are finally starting to fight back.”.

If I shake you awake in the middle of the night and ask you what you are fighting for, after you reach for your gun, what do you tell me?

Our Founding Fathers could answer that.

My point is fighting for what you don’t want, doesn’t get you anywhere. There is always another thing you don’t want. That was the French Revolution.

Our Founding Fathers had a clear goal, guided by much thinking and discussion. MAGA

I work for a very large multinational bank. The DEI bullshit during June is unbearable. Why are these damn perverts enabled to be “proud” of what they are a f I cannot be proud and outspoken I’m the workplace that I’m a straight white gun toting bible believing constitutional American CHRISTIAN who believes in the dignity and sanctity of human life at all stages and that God made us to be man and woman, for purposes of holy matrimony, to have children, populate the earth and be good stewards of His mighty and beautiful creation?

Yeah, and all those mandatory meetings to celebrate some pervert? Skipped em all. Never saw the “invites” they all go to junk mail and have for years.

And the most important case, Moore vs Harper, isn’t even talked about. The one case that could have changed elections forever.

Nahhhhhhhhhh.....lets worry about a bunch of Asian kids who couldn’t get into Harvard.

Republicans in the House could put a lid on the lawsuits by passing a bill to put a sunshine termination date on the original Affirmative Action legislation from the 60's, and work on developing a new AA bill (if one really needs to be passed), with a termination date.

After all, the easiest way to stop racial preferences is to not practice racial preferences.

"For western civilization to have any future, DEI MUST DIE."

For the U.S. to have any future, DEI supporters must be recognized, tried, convicted, and sentenced as traitors to the United States of America.

The company is beyond disgusting- i can’t wait to get out. More than anything else- like all woke companies- they are completely hypocritical.

I have battled the top powers on their BS over the years as i cannot remain silent.

Cannot find the words to describe

HOW GLAD I AM TO HAVE GONE TO A ONE ROOM SCHOOL

HOW GLAD I AM THAT WHEN I WENT SELF-EMPLOYED THAT I NEVER HIRED ANOTHER PERSON-—DID IT ALL MYSELF.

They also said multiple cases involving religious objections were ruled in their favor.

People do not have to partake in LGBTQ+ stuff, if it offends their sensibilities.

A friend had a mandatory meeting that was led by known company gays that took everyone to task for not being allies of the alphabet club, including “pansexuals.”

Toward the end of the meeting, one person meekly responded, asking the company gays, “If I want to be an ally of LGBTQ+, how am I supposed to know who they are? There's no signup sheet where everyone is expected to list out their sexual preferences.”

The company gays were left speechless and the most senior management person on the call said he had the same question, and wanted to have follow up to share out to everyone, so describe how this is to be practically done.

I don't think anything will come of it. Can you imagine promoting sexual orientation on a centralized site or in company conversations?

Isn’t it a given that patriotic Americans fight for our Constitution? Where else are our freedoms and rights enshrined?

No, it is not a given. Test for understanding of the Constitution. Most have the words but not the music.

Ask what people are fighting for in your sphere of influence, don’t assume. It is an interesting hobby.

In my working days I found that people could tell me in GREAT DETAIL what they didn’t want. Much like here in FR.

I would ask them what they wanted and mostly there would be silence, no one had ever asked them.

The variation of that question was when they were discouraged, I would ask why do you farm? The answers after some leading were, money to live on, save for retirement, get kids through college, and even make a difference in the community.

After some discussion they would become aware that they were still successful even in a very tough year. They were still achieving their goals in some small way.

Why do you fight is a very tough question and requires much thinking.

So, if I shake you awake ...............................

Feel free to ask others this. echos are good. I call it the ministry of dumb questions.

Another one is why do you go to church?

When I say the Constitution to most people, they don't think of the wording of it or the details. It means one thing.

Freedom.

If you try to wake me up inside my house (I am a very light sleeper), you are probably dead.

I fight because my freedom includes my safety (i.e., my ability to be free within my own domain).

My "want" is my freedom.

I can't answer for other people, but I have always been what one might call a free spirit. I am not a company man. Though I have worked for companies, I was always in a position where I called the shots for myself and my unit.

As said, I can't answer for others, but I treasure my freedom enough to fight for it.

Re: your question to farmers about why they farm, I would think most of them would say because I don't want to have to answer to someone else. "I want to be my own man...I want to run my own business."

All the above aside, I agree with you that many if not most people may not give a damn about their freedom and may not have even thought about it.

As said, I can only speak for myself.

Excellent question.

I have come to the conclusion that most people go to "my" church because it is a social club. It makes them feel good about themselves because they are raising their kids in that "good" environment.

And that's about it.

Take a look at my tagline. I can't tell you how many people at my church I have tried to share that audio Bible with. Out of all the people I have told about it, only one person has actually taken me up on it.

I am dumbfounded.

I wouldn’t read alot into the spiritual condition of those who haven’t taken you up on using the audio Bible you champion. . Most people would have their own Bibles or access to audio Bibles if they want them.

Freedom.

We are on the same page, so just nit picking:

Freedom AND responsibility

Most people don’t connect the two. Can’t have one without the other.
