I once caught part of The View while in the waiting room of the Doctors office. When I finally went to see my Doctor, I told him I almost put a coat rack through his tv. He laughed.

When confronted with rotten TV shsows in the doctor’s office or in the breakfast dining rooms of motels, just go over and turn off the TVf, or change the station, or ask whoever is sin charge to change the station. Breakfast is sos much better within the din of idiocy. At the airports, the bad network(s) have exclusive contracts; complain to the airlines and the airports and your congressional representavies.

I have to wonder that in an age where most people have smart phones, few watch the TV screen in the doctor's office or at the airport. The ubiquitous TVs draw far less attention than they did 20 years ago.
