Ammunition warehouses of the Bulgarian arms company EMKO exploded early on Sunday near Karnobat, a few days after Bulgaria announced it would join the coalition to supply shells to Ukraine.
The warehouses that exploded Sunday were targeted a year ago in an instance of sabotage.
They are owned by one of the most famous Bulgarian arms manufacturers and traders, Emilian Gebrev, who, eight years ago, was the victim of an assassination attempt with a substance similar to Novichok, for which the Bulgarian prosecutor’s office accused Russian military intelligence agents.
“This is an inexplicable strong fire at midnight. The most important thing is that no one got hurt. We cannot know what happened; we still do not know what caused the explosions last year, let alone now after a few hours,” Gebrev told bTV, adding the warehouses contained materials for the manufacture of defence products.
Representatives of the company EMKO said the explosion was, like last time, the result of sabotage as there was nothing in the warehouses that could spontaneously explode.

"a few days after Bulgaria announced it would join the coalition to supply shells to Ukraine."
“coincidence” that is. Need more cofeve.
Maybe someone will figure it out. /s
I love “still don’t knows”.
Russian sabotage = shows how desperate Russia is to stop Ukraine arms
because Russia is losing
Even though the Neocons have the ‘proper’ government installed in Bulgaria, it is my understanding that most people there are would prefer avoiding World War 3, which is rare in Europe, due to their cultural ties to Russia.
So it sounds like at least some Bulgarians would prefer this war to end sooner rather than later.
Sure. Just need Russia to leave.
I thought you guys PROMISED that Russia would go nuclear, just last week? Have you guys changed your mind or something?
As it is, with 85% of the world NOT supporting sanctions, you guys really look silly here - claiming that Russia has no market for its energy, nor access to technology.
It is a great way to hamper the enemy in a covert way. Nobody got hurt either.
You are kind of slow aren’t ya?
“Sure. Just need Russia to leave.”
They will, once their objectives are achieved.
Losing credibility has been achieved.
Yes, certainly a coincidence. They happen all the time. The mice in the warehouses must have been playing with matches, or possibly spontaneous combustion.
“Losing credibility has been achieved.”
I thought we were talking about Russia, not Biden with China, India, and about all of South America, Africa, the Middle East, and much of Asia?
"You are kind of slow aren’t ya?"
Poor souls have canned answers to everything. Thinking isn’t an option. I can’t imagine being that constrained or is it constipated? ;^)
"constrained or is it constipated?"
Well, ya got me there on Biden
i don't think so. I think Ukraine will end up like Germany/Korea/Vietnam etc.... divided.
Russia is just clearing a big empty dead space in the east and will probably end up trying to neutralize Odessa region up to the Moldovan area. Then it will turn it's little eyes towards those uppity Baltic States.
The ones that should be worried are Germany and Poland. But hey, NATO has your back. We can send over our troops to defend Europe, because "everybody" says we have to. RINOs, Dems, deep state bureaucrats, flag officers hoping for that consulting gig at Raytheon/Lockheed/General Dynamics/Boeing....all the alphabet agencies.... all the smart people say we just need to kick the crap out of Russia.
All is fare in love and war. We may well see sabotage here is US Factories in coming months—Germans did that in US in WW I.
so it’s OK if we sabotage Russian facilities then
got it
