So the proof that this was an American military base is there’s blurry picture of a fat dude wearing a T-shirt with a white blob on it, and some white writing. To some guy who calls himself “Lord Bebo,” this resembles the 101st Airborne logo, even though the image he shows for comparison shows the 101st using gold lettering, not white.
It’s very plausible that the shirt depicts the logo of the 101st Airborne, but there’s no way in Hell that it’s any sort of official gear.
In my experience, people believe obviously false claims only when they want it to be true. So I don’t know what that says about all these Soviet propagandists on FR posting absurd Twitter claims as proof of scores of American soldiers dying.
Soviet propagandists on FR? You sound dopey.
You know the military units ( both sides) take over civilian buildings as barracks and HQ, right? If it was just a tourist hotel and pizza place, the Ukes wouldn’t set up its valuable scarce Patriot missiles to defend it.
When a Patriot site turns on its radar, a Russian missile grows its wings.
Or you can stay in your angry place and accept Kiev’s version that the Russians have so many Iskanders they are targeting families in pizza joints to win the hearts and minds of people in territory they annexed
We should have no doubt that hundreds, likely thousands of US intel, trainers and spec ops people working all across Ukraine
But I agree they are not hanging around at public pizza joints wearing their uniforms and unit patches
.
101st Logos and shirts are everywhere. Two things are for sure. Nobody knows who was there. And that chubster in what -might- be a 101st shirt is NOT an current paratrooper. Either that or they need to move to bigger chutes.
You mean like those "conservative" here that believe all the propaganda coming from the Biden regime about this war?
You don't seem to grasp that under Biden, we're the NEW evil empire.
Among the people present at the restaurant were a couple of guys from the Netherlands that have been driving around Ukraine bringing french fries and other snacks to the elderly, children, and others in need. They regularly post videos of their efforts, and they were in the restaurant.
You can see their videos Here on Youtube
Their video shows the immediate aftermath of the attack. One of them has somebody else's blood splattered all over him.
You can see the police arriving, and soldiers arriving to help.
You can also see that the hotel next door to the restaurant is not damaged except for broken windows. The entire story about the hotel being hit is just not true.
You can see for yourself what building got hit in the attack. It isn't the multi-story hotel next to the restaurant.
Our Russian propaganda posters here on Free Republic have shown their true colors today. They are supporting terrorists who intentionally bomb civilians.
There was the guy with the Primus Inter Pares patch. Slogan of the US First Air Defense Artillery (better known from before they added “Air” as the losers at Fort Sumter). Patch is significantly different, however.
There is a video by some clown running around and screaming “there are scores of soldiers under the rubble!” but he has distinctive British accent.
