Appears to be new incident.
Can we look forward to one every 6 months?
It says ‘potential’, so maybe it’s the plan for a future incident.

I never thought the balloons were important news unless they were carrying weapons, and we have equipment that could determine that, and weapons were not detected.
The Biden administration has produced more talk and less action about them than was worthwhile. With, I suspect, some lying thrown in.
Doesn't matter, the old one was just an uncontrolled weather balloon........
They had to finally shoot it down to save face.......
