It looks like the polls, released by President Trump's own polling firm, show DeSantis running better in key states.

Let the Republican primary voters decide after giving each candidate a chance to shine above all others.

The biggest argument is Americans' "choice" in 2024 shouldn't be between two nursing home escapees.

When Biden ran, it was the “not-Trump” effect and no real record. He just would not be Trump.

Voters in 2024 must now weight Biden’s record and the prospects of him continuing. That is much more negative than 2020 scenario for Biden.

Keep in mind that Obama/Biden lost 6 points of support from 2008 to 2012 on that very construct. The idea that the 2020-2024 record is better or less bad than the 2008-2012 record is fairly absurd. 2009-2012 was a period of economic recovery which we also do not have in this era.

If Biden wins by exactly the same percentages he won in 2020— we can be confident that fraud in the voting process is entrenched.

the Trump campaign needs to be aware of an emerging thread of data that suggests that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis may do better in the general election.

”thread of data”

Is that like a “grain of truth”?
A “ray of hope”?
A “shot in the dark”?
A “snowball’s chance in hell”?

Yeah, I’m going with the last one.

How could he possibly do better since 90% of MAGA wouldn’t bother to vote?

The great thing about being a Trump supporter is that you can insist that good polling is true, bad polling is fake, election wins are accurate and election loses are rigged. There’s always a reason besides the candidate.

My family and I are chomping at the bit to vote for Ron DeSantis for president.

We were diehard Trump supporters until he started lurching to the left and attacking DeSantis with outrageous lies and smears.

We have a proven conservative in DeSantis and a proven RINO in Trump.

There is no case for the Globalist / NeoCon DeSantis over MAGA Trump.

The initial data suggests that at least one Republican, Mr. DeSantis, in the crowded field is likely to do better than Mr. Trump in the battleground states.

In my fairly wide network of friends, GOPers (previous Trump voters, all), and Indies ( roughly half Trump voters in 16) simply do not want Mister Trump to run again.

Much of it stems from tiredness of cringing at Mister Trumps lack of impulse control. These folks like quite a bit of what Trump did (not all, of course) but they want the same determination and pro-American policies from someone with enough character and wisdom that they can defend and respect.

The cringe, of course, keeps on coming. Imagine trying to decide for whom to vote in the GOP primary, and the loud candidate says such nonsensical, magical thinking things as he can end the Ukraine war in 24 hours.

Trump. His own worst enemy.

I do not recall POS ever being particularly pro-Trump. Rather anti-Trump, in fact.

How the hell can Desanctis win anything without Trump’s base voting for him in the general? Or any other Republican?

People who write this stuff are absolutely delusional.

But remember, they will not let Trump have a second term.

If DeSantis doesn’t get out of Trump’s way so this country can undo the Biden evil there will be no place for him in 2028.

TRUMP!

Its funny they say this because the polls I’ve seen.....ie the ones that have consistently been the most reliable going back 4 cycles at least....all show that Trump is a much better candidate than DeSantis in the swing states.

I really wonder about these polls saying the opposite. It seems awfully strange that DeSantis would be ahead in them despite being 40 points down in the Republican primary.

Trump wins nomination and general the same as in 2016. To say nothing has changed is foolish.
Youngkin won because he showed flooding the polls with Republican watchers kills Democrat/communist voter fraud enough to win.
The rodents had two years to straighten out their voter fraud problems and sat on their ashes.
The first year they spent patting themselves on the back at having stolen the White House. By the time they turned their attention to stealing the 2022 election it was too late.
Lake will easily win a recall in Arizona and that means with the addition of Virginia Trump can win without Pennsylvania and or Wisconsin. Basically it comes down to steer around the RNC’s sabotage and beat the voter fraud where we need to fight and Trump wins easily.
We don’t want DeSantis now and maybe at all. He has already taken $60 million from Hal “Credit Sussie” Lambert who would not have given him a dime if DeSantis hadn’t already sold out to the globalist rinos.

Either one can win by asking the famous Reagan question in 1980– “Are you better off now than you were four years ago?”
