Republican National Committee (RNC) chairwoman Ronna McDaniel doubled down on the need for a GOP loyalty pledge on Thursday, arguing that the party has “to be united” in 2024.
“It’s the Republican Party nomination and the pledge is staying,” McDaniel said when pressed by “Fox News Tonight” guest host Kayleigh McEnany. “Anybody who wants to seek the nomination of our party should pledge to support the voters. If you go through this process and you take time on the debate stage and you’re going to be there, the number one pledge should be, beat Biden.”
“It’s called the “Beat Biden Pledge” for a reason because at the end of the day, we all have to be united in one thing,” she added.

Frank has it! They won’t change. You have to vote for McCain, McRomney, McCavey as speaker. NO! How about a pledge to MAGA!
Maybe but conservatives sat out the election in Georgia in January 2019 and January 2021 letting the democrats get the Senate majority.
Trump would be sad if she stepped down. He’s clearly impressed with her.
Nobody can ever provide a link of DeSantis saying he wasn’t going to run for president during his governor campaign. So either you are a liar or can’t find the evidence of your statement. Which is it?
DeSantis promised the voters in Fla that if elected he would not run for POTUS. He flat out lied to his voters, that makes DeSantis a liar, I will not vote for a known liar. Plus DeSantis has all the wrong friends. He is a neocon globalist not an America First populist. This voter will vote Trump in Nov even if I have to write Trump on my ballot.
Now I know what she’s been doing the past several months, getting lip injections. Really inspires electoral confidence.
Well, why don’t you just go back to posts here on FR in 2015 and see my support. And see the same BS we’re seeing today from people who clung to their support of Ted Cruz. What is occurring today is a virtual mirror. I was one of the first supporters of Trump on this site, and have consistently supported him until recently. I’ve been proud of that, and all you have to do is take five minutes and you can see that your self rather than make baseless lies. Even now I defend him against persecution, but I no longer support him for the presidency.
Pledges? Pledges? We don’t need no stinkin’ pledges.
Donald J. Trump is the MOST honest politician in America.
When the crew of Rupert Murdoch’s Evil Media Empire ambushed Trump at the first of primary debate in September 2015, little Bret Baier asked the candidates to raise their hand if they planned to support the nominee whoever it might be.
Trump being honest and fearless was the ONLY candidate who did not raise his hand.
Why not?
Because Trump knew he was up against a RIGGED nominating system.
And when he won the nomination he stated as a matter of fact that he beat a rigged system and trolling the Democrats, he added that Bernie couldn’t beat a rigged system which was a veiled reference to the fact the Democrats had something called super delegates which meant Crooked Hillary had in effect wrapped up then nomination before a single primary vote was cast.
Trump was honest, the Canadian born Cruz was not.
Trump GRACIOUSLY gave Cruz the opportunity to fulfill the pledge he made by raising his hand in September 2015 by allowing him to address the convention in prime time.
Cruz merely used the opportunity to add to his legacy of deceit which included failing to inform voters in his senate campaign that he held dual citizenry.
Every Uniparty hack like McRomney wants to put Trump in box or a cell.
It AIN’T happened yet and it AIN’T never happening.
Let the D-List Candidates debate among themselves.
Won’t bother me if Trump skips debates.
The Bland Meatball and the others can have at it all to themselves.
I solemnly promise to shove our voters faces in every manure pile I come before or can be driven to.
LIES. Trump stayed neutral in Rona’s recent re-election.
No, go back and do some reading. He supported her. But don’t let the facts get in your way.

5th Paragraph Down says Trump did not endorse Rona.
Another lie by you.
https://www.newsweek.com/ron-desantis-harmeet-dhillon-rnc-endorsement-proves-futile-1777238
Another lie.
Trump did not endorse her in her recent election.
He stayed neutral.
Okay, I’ll bite. Let’s say all of the reports are wrong and that Trump stayed neutral. Why would he? He was the essential head of the party as recent president, as attempted king maker, and as prospective and then announced 2024 candidate. Why would he skip wanting to have his hand-picked leadership of the RNC?! Why break tradition and why allow the RNC to not cater to him and his supporters? Or, put another way, by your logic of him being neutral, did he dismiss the RNC as a potential supporter, dismiss their resources, and dismiss their connections to help him and his endorsed candidates? I believe the reports that he did privately endorse her as anything else suggests political incompetence.
Because Trump was friends with both Harmeet Dillion AND Mike Lindell.
That’s why he stayed Neutral on Rona’s recent re-election.
Maybe. And maybe he couldn’t support Dillion because DeSantis was already behind him. Trump doesn’t like being second. Anyway, he’s always support McDaniel and there are too many reports out there that he did so here, but not publicly. And I haven’t read anything to say that he didn’t support her. Consider his vocalness on that position with others. Uncharactoristic public silence here speaks volumes.
In addition, State GOP Heads elect RNC Head.
Many State GOP are still controlled by RINO’s too.
Trump does not elect them.
Until if and when these State GOP Committees are Conservative Controlled
Don’t expect any changes.
Harmeet is a female, not a he.
