Former National Security Adviser and U.N. Ambassador John Bolton told Newsmax on Wednesday that he hasn't made a decision yet about whether to enter the race for the Republican nomination, but he believes the Republican Party should focus on someone other than his former boss, Donald Trump.
"I think it's very important that the Republican Party move beyond Donald Trump," Bolton said while appearing on "John Bachman Now." "History is going to take us beyond Trump one way or the other. If we make him our nominee, we will lose the 2024 election. We could lose both Houses of Congress, and we could lose control of the Supreme Court if the Democrat is elected and and fills any vacancies that occur.
"The stakes are too high here," he added. "We don't need Trump's baggage, and I want to see if other contenders for the nomination make that point effectively. And I also want to see that they raise issues to the level they should be in this campaign."
Regarding the criminal charges against former President Trump over his alleged handling of classified documents found at his Florida residence, Bolton said, "I think the most important thing that could happen, if it were possible, would be to ask every American to read the indictment against Trump. Read all 40-plus pages. If I or any other executive- branch officials were charged with the things that he has done in there, I think we probably would be in jail already."
Bolton continued that the former president "is entitled to the presumption of innocence. He is entitled to all due process at trial, and the prosecution has to prove those allegations beyond a reasonable doubt. That's a very heavy burden,

What happened to you?
We don’t need a deep state finger puppet like you either.
No one needs a war-mongering walrus.
Bolton is “Trump baggage.” And, no...we don’t need him.
Wow… Bolton is one to talk - people with as much baggage as he has shouldn’t talk.
Bolton, you aren’t fit to carry his baggage you neocon traitor.
Captain Kangeroo says something dumb again.
Bolton is a war hawk. He wants to go to war with everyone over anything. Trump called him out as a war hawk. Bolton hates that, so he is waging war on Trump. War hawk.
ONE man has torn their ENTIRE cozy little world asunder.
For how many decades did we hear the words “we need a change in Washington”? And no matter how many different presidents and congresses we had, there was NO change in Washington (and that’s how they liked it).
Until ONE man came along. And they’ve all been screaming since (some literally, into the air, like utter fools).
We need the bull in the China shop back in office. To keep them screaming.
Because none of the other pantywaist McRomBushes will make them scream, and they wouldn’t win anyway.
The party of war is no more, Mr. Bolton; of course, if we had one you could serve in it as you declined exposure of your neocon butt to Vietnam when you were of age.
We don’t need your bullsh*t comments Bolton.
Yep!
Pretty much common sense, chose the guy that makes your enemies scream.
right now the ‘tards are winding up on their keyboards to say “Well, Hitler made his enemies scream too”. Maybe, and maybe not, but we certainly know the difference. Remember socialist ‘tards, the big Hit was YOUR guy, no matter how much you try to wipe that booger on others.
BTTT
Hell, you ARE a big part of his baggage, Bolton!!!!
Quotes:
There is no technical barrier facing the Iranians. It is the early stages of enrichment that consume the most energy and the process becomes easier down the line. Industry data shows that more than half of the effort needed to enrich uranium to 90% is spent getting from 0.7% to 4%. When enrichment reaches 20%, the threshold for what counts as “highly enriched uranium”, and a level Iran has produced at Natanz in the past, about 90% of the work towards weapons-grade uranium is done.
The process gets easier because less material has to be moved around at higher levels of enrichment. A plant that enriches uranium to 4% with 5,000 centrifuges may need only 1,500 to reach 20% enrichment. From there, several hundred centrifuges are sufficient to reach the 90% needed for a nuclear bomb.
The more enriched the uranium, the less is needed for a weapon. At 20% U-235 enrichment, the critical mass is about 400kg, but at 90% enrichment the mass drops to about 28kg. The precise amounts depend on bomb design and that will be the bigger barrier should Iran want to become a nuclear state.
What is Bolton if not Trump’s baggage?
“The leaked documents [of Airman Jack Teixerira] although still unauthenticated with some attributing them to being part of a misinformation campaign – were labeled “secret” and resembled routine updates that the U.S. military’s Joint of Staff would produce daily but not distribute to the public. They were dated ranging from February 23 to March 1, and detailed the progress of weapons and equipment going into Ukraine as well as U.S. spying efforts on Russian security services, NYT first reported.”
Joe Biden:
“I’m not concerned about the leak, I’m concerned that it happened. But there is nothing contemporaneous that I’m aware of”
Yeah, Trump has way too much baggage for them to deal with, he might want to secure the border, end looting the America treasure of hundreds of billions to foreign countries, and stop trade policies are defacto sabotage against the U.S.
Way too much baggage!
