That’s if one buys packaged foods.
For the past 5 odd years we’ve stayed away, as far as possible, from packaged foods and from brands.
The big P&G, unilever, etc brands spend more on marketing than R&D.
If you just stick to cooking at home and buying store label (which in some cases are quite good - and much cheaper), you can actually be healthier and your wallet will be healthier as well
