Dozens of Midwestern teachers met online this week and traded tips on helping trans students change gender at school without their parents' knowledge, while criticizing a raft of new Republican laws on sex and identity.
DailyMail.com gained access to an online session hosted by the Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center (MAP), which is funded by the Department of Education, attended by some 30 teachers from Michigan, Iowa, Ohio, Illinois and beyond.
In the four-hour workshop, they discussed helping trans students in the face of new laws in Republican-run states on gender, pronouns, names, parents' rights, bathroom access, and sports teams.
Some teachers said they followed the rules, but others discussed being 'subversive,' how their personal 'code of ethics' trumped laws, and how to 'hide' a trans student's new name and gender from their parents.

Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center=(MAP) however, ‘MAP’ also stands for “minor attracted persons”. Coincidence?

This is why it should be Mandatory for every Public Employee in America to send their children to the Public School system in their neighborhood. This crap would end overnight.

The Tampa Bay Times had a story a week ago Sunday about ‘teachers’ coming up with ways around Ron DeSantis’ sane approach to protecting students. They’ll be ‘re-naming’ their evil while keeping the content the same.
Vouchers are the best answer to the larger problem... If you can’t mend it - end it... Until then, firing all teachers who go rouge would help.
Twenty years ago I told my son that public schools were becoming the waiting room of H3ll. Now they have advanced to being simply H3LL! These educators have sold their souls to Satan and they would likely say that they are proud of it.
Not one of these witches would take on the responsibility for caring for one of these mutilated children. I read of one case some while back where the teacher related how the trans student she counseled struggled with what their decision means to their life; they finally wrote a suicide note, went on the freeway and stood in front of an oncoming truck.
The teacher/counselor happily described the incident as 'a beautiful story.' grrrr {Their Democrat Party at work!}
