An ex-convict was stabbed to death to death on Tuesday after harassing a man and his girlfriend on the New York City subway, according to reports
Jordan Williams, 20, allegedly stabbed Devictor Ouedraogo, 36, after Ouedraogo hassled the couple and punched Williams’ girlfriend, the New York Post reported. Ouedraogo then stumbled out of the train and landed on a subway platform, per the outlet.

The victim in last night’s fatal stabbing on a J train approaching Marcy Avenue in Williamsburg was Devictor Ouedraogo, 36.
He had been hassling other passengers when he started arguing with Jordan Williams, 20, and his girlfriend.

Ouedraogo and Williams engaged in physical altercation on the train and placed each other in headlocks before Williams pulled a knife and allegedly stabbed the ex-convict twice, according to the Post. Ouedraogo was pronounced dead after being rushed to a hospital in Brooklyn, sources told the outlet.
“You just stabbed him? You’re going to go to jail!” a man on the train told Williams, the New York Daily News reported, citing footage of the incident.
Ouedraogo appeared to be drunk and was harassing commuters on the train, several witnesses told the police, according to the outlet. Two videos viewed by the Daily News showed him bothering straphangers. The ex-convict spent time in prison in 2009 for an attempted robbery in Queens, the outlet reported, citing court records.
Williams has been charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, per the Daily Mail. The incident has drawn comparisons to the May 1 death of Jordan Neely, who exhibited threatening behavior toward NYC subway passengers before Marine Corps veteran Daniel Penny placed him in the chokehold that killed him.

Outrageous. Lesson is, when democrats rule, you are obligated to allow violent out of control maniacs victimize you. Especially if you are white and the perp is black.

You get the impression that in the current social/political/legal environment, one is not going to be legally allowed to defend oneself against these dangerous people.
Stay tuned. If the Daniel Penny case is any indicator, this guy is going to be indicted for what clearly seems like a case of self defense, and defense of his girlfriend.
And that comes back to if we have Soros backed idiot liberal district attorneys, who refuse to prosecute certain crimes, but seem to want to make an example out of other incidents, for whatever reason.

In this case, both the defender from the perp and the perp himself were BLACK.
Jordan Williams’ attorney, Jason Goldman, said in court his client was traveling with his girlfriend when Ouedraogo got on the train. Goldman says passenger video he’s seen shows Ouedraogo’s behavior.
“The victim was menacing people, as all of us have probably seen on the subway, erratic, deranged, crazy and in many people’s faces before he even encounters my client,” Goldman said.
The attorney said Ouedraogo approached Jordan Williams’ girlfriend and when Williams told him to “chill out” and get away, allegedly, the victim kept harassing the girlfriend, including ripping out her earring.
Goldman said Ouedraogo, who was unarmed, lunged at Jordan Williams and punched him, and that’s when the accused removed a folding knife and stabbed Ouedraogo in the chest.
“You have two choices right now. You can sit there and get assaulted, and your friends or family or loved ones can get assaulted and seriously injured. Or you can fight back and get arrested and maybe get charged, maybe go to Rikers, maybe get released. So what are you supposed to do?” Goldman said.
No comparisons. Unlike Daniel Penny, the defendant belongs to a protected class and, after being arrested for manslaughter, was free on no bail.

According to the article, “Williams has been charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.” So either the weapon — a “folding knife” is illegal in NYC or Williams was not permitted to have it, perhaps because of a prior conviction.
