349 political parties are registered in the Ukraine - the Ukrainian government banned the 11 which have ties to the Kremlin

Altogether those parties accounted for 49 of the 450 seats in Ukrainian parliament, or approximately 11%.

Furthermore, Zelensky wasn't the one who implemented the ban. It was the Ukrainian parliament. There is a sort of war cabinet in existence and there is broad consensus amongst the political parties of Ukraine to present a united front.

and finally, the 11 Kremlin backed parties weren't "cancelled" - they were suspended from engaging in any political activities while Russia is still at war with Ukraine
