I’m trying to figure out the logic here, considering that Tanf Garrison is INSIDE of Syria, and the US military is there WITHOUT permission.

We’re in Syria because Assad/Putin allow ISIS and Iran to operate in eastern and southern Syria in support of attacks into Iraq and Jordan.

So, Damascus (Kiev) has NO SAY as to what countries can set up bases and do military operations in its country. Sounds like an EXCELLENT justification for Putin being in Ukraine.
