I meant that is a good way to do the control groups before there was the vax. As you said, many had covid but didn’t know it. I guess an antibody test could be done, but do those stick around forever?
There are SO many tests that need to be done and data to be gathered - and it’s all being ignored. Criminal.
Where are all the science is god FR covid vax worshipers? I figured they would be here to question the study, the source and tell all us unvaccinated, we were flat earthers and doomed for early deaths.

If that article describes a 13,200% increased risk of myocarditis, I did not see it. The overall risk for post-vaccination myocarditis looks low.
How do we know that these heart issues are not simply a side effect of having Covid ? It’s hard to distinguish whether it’s the vax, or Covid that’s causing this… since the vast majority of people had both (vax and Covid)
It’s the classic stat trick… the % increase is huge… but the risk is still VERY small. It used to be exceedingly rare, now it’s just rare.

Because the scale involved. 13,200% increase in study of jab. By contrast from an article I found about relative heart problems in total US population from 2019 to 2020, there was an 11% increase. That 11% could certainly be due to other factors, for instance stress at losing one's source of income due to lockdowns. Loneliness. Isolation. Depression. But with an 13,200% increase...well come on.
I agree. There was some schlemiel on here berating me because I and my family refused to get the shot. You’d think I was actively trying to kill him the way he whined.

There should be data available among people with no vax, but having Covid. That’s the money comparison.
God lets people have what they want even if it’s not good for them. Not trump’s fault - he didn’t intentionally deceive like Fauci, Birx, media, etc. Trump mentioned hydroxy and ivermectin. Each person made their own choice - correction each adult did, many kids were led to whatever comes of their shots by their parents, God have mercy.
If 13,000% percent is not proof, and 11% is proof then you have interesting standards.
I simply want to know the truth. I’m not going to accept the headline grabbing claim from a “study” of unknown quality. Despite the 13,200% increase, the odds of having such heart issues is very low. We can’t just leap to the conclusion that the SHOTS caused it, and not Covid, because the numbers increased in 2021 more than 2020. There were many more US Covid cases in 2021, and we have no idea how long it might take for such symptoms to show up.
There ARE ways to know the truth. Thus study didn’t look at them, as best I can tell.
At my work today I noticed I could not get to the dashboard of an AWS application I am responsible for. To figure out if it was a problem with my computer or our network as opposed to a general problem on AWS I went to a web site where people self report problems with AWS. It looked like the VAERs chart...had a flat line of low levels of reports then an unmistakable huge spike orders of magnitude larger. Thus I knew it was not local. I did no study. It was self reporting. Not double blind. Not “scientific”. It did not tell me exactly how many people had problems...just how many went to that site to report it. But there is about zero doubt that AWS was having serious issues because of the scale. Even if disreputable journalist reported the increase in a headline it would still be very conclusive evidence. Even if Amazon insisted that they did not verify a single report was due to their service as opposed to local problems for the user, it would still be conclusive evidence and no person with a brain would take them seriously.
How long after the shot is the risk elevated, forever?
Likely, we will not know for years what the adverse effects are / will be.. bad - especially for young moms.
