I’m looking at alternatives. Most cereals have too much sugar in them.

Buy some steel cut oats. Cook 1/2 oats in boiling water for 3 minutes. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. I serve them with almonds and frozen blueberries. My 2 & 4 yr old grandkids love them.

When kids were young we bought 50 lb bags used 100 lbs a year.

Usually thick cut organic.

That was our basic Breakfast staple dressed however we wanted.

Although in the summer there eas an organic cheerio kind of food they I got in 15 pond bags from coop. Called oatios. Was very good and crunchy.

I cannot find them anymore.
