Iām looking at alternatives. Most cereals have too much sugar in them. Buy some steel cut oats. Cook 1/2 oats in boiling water for 3 minutes. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. I serve them with almonds and frozen blueberries. My 2 & 4 yr old grandkids love them.

I don’t eat breakfast all that often since retiring,
when I do it is my free ranged chicken eggs and what ever else is in the pantry or leftover from dinner, like rice.
No cereal.
