Former Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) testified Thursday before a federal grand jury investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, according to CNN.
The former House committee that investigated the Jan. 6 riot alleged last September that Gingrich had provided feedback to the Trump campaign about advertisements promoting the former president’s unsubstantiated claims about voter fraud and discussed “coordinating” state electors.
In a letter to the former Speaker requesting a voluntary interview, the committee said that Gingrich communicated with former Trump senior advisers Jared Kushner and Jason Miller on campaign ads about the election, after it had been declared for Joe Biden.

Don’t say an F-ing word. Silence on the stand.
I think the next indictment will be in DC and the insurrection charges. God help us.
So much for Jordan's weaponization of government committee.
But not one stinkin Rat testifies......ever......
None, none of these charges will ever hold beyond the appeal stage. They all know that but it is just an effort to destroy Trump for the election.
He became a marked man the day he name dropped Soros on Fox news. The swamp never forgets.
Whomever decided to have Trump speak on the Mall on Jan 6 is the dimmest political operative ever. Of all time. An A-#1 dumbass. If that means Trump, so be it. I don’t care if Trump said “be peaceful” or any other wiggle room language. I don’t care if Nancy Pelousi herself stood there and opened the doors in person letting fools rush in; it doesn’t matter. Jan 6 is never going away.
6/8/23 is a far more important date regarding insurrection.
If you want to define it down to that level, you could say that he made a mistake in running and winning the presidency.
Time to get the guns out and end this bs.
Enough is enough.
