Biden had classified records in that garage from like 1979 and apparently some Communist Chinese representative visited the house and when in that garage more than 30 times.

But you will remember that little witch on CNN was interrupting Trump and telling him that the issue of the documents in Biden’s garage was totally different. Even though she could not possibly know any such thing.

How cute. Turley still thinks the rule of law is active.

It’s already been crafted to avoid having to charge Biden the evidence has been around from 2017 no action taken and he may have copies of the 180 boxes of papers he stole.

Toe tags on Judicial system and democracy.

me either. Like I said this is a gut feeling. I have no idea of the mechanics of it. Since the only people who are required to follow the law are Republicans, who knows what will be allowed to remove Trump off the roles.

Yep, Turley is correct. BUT, nothing matters now because the corruption in government by Dems is unstoppable given the GOP’s refusal to fight back.

Turley looks correct -- but we don't live in a nation of laws, we live in a single party police state.

The left is more skilled in propaganda than the right.
Very simple fact.

Turley was on Fox this morning talking about the indictment. He seemed more cautious in his comments than some of the other experts they had one, maybe because the actual text has not been released so there is some guesswork about what exactly Trump is being charged with. He talked about how prosecutors like charges like “obstruction of justice” because they win most of those cases.

Because it's essentially entrapment

Most Dems would be pleased to see both Trump and Biden not in the 2024 race.

Maybe that’s the plan?

... the corruption in government by Dems is unstoppable given the GOP’s refusal to fight back.

One of the two most important aspects of the most recent indictment of Trump is that it pins almost every nationally-known R speaker to arguing that indicting a former president is unheard of and motivated by evil political intentions.

The Conservative Radio, let alone R republicans I have listened to, is not referring to this important dem maneuver, whereas any and all effective R responses would emphasize that given the enormous evidence of wrongdoing by Biden and his family, this current dem indictment is primarily an attempt to insulate Biden.

I'm not a lawyer, but it seems like "obstruction of justice" can mean whatever the prosecutors want it to mean. So it will depend on who's on the jury.

Trump could be dealing with four trials next spring and summer--the New York case over the hush money payments, the documents case, the Georgia election case, and January 6. If they can get a DC jury to find Trump guilty of "insurrection" that would be an excuse for officials in Democrat-run states to keep his name off the ballot if he is the Republican nominee.

He’s not saying give up. He is stating the likely chain of events that Democrats are trying to pursue, backed up by a majority of the media & and most other institutions. It’s like a trainwreck you can see before it happens and in slow motion. One of the worst things about our side is that we really don’t do anything precautionary to prevent a likelihood. Then, as it’s happening, some honest guy acknowledges the reality of what’s likely going to be. Without fail, some other genius shows up and responds with “you want this to happen. You’re weak. Be angry!!”. Acknowledging the lefts play book isn’t accepting defeat; and responding to undemocratic & liberty killing actions by simply “getting angry” has never solved a damn thing! Try coming up with a plan!
