The Ukrainian government has hit back at Tucker Carlson after the former Fox News host said a "fair person would conclude" Kyiv blew up the Nova Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine, which collapsed on Tuesday causing widespread flooding.
Ukraine's Centre for Strategic Communication and Information Security (CSCIS), a government agency, hit back at Carlson in a Twitter thread on Thursday.
The body posted a screenshot from Carlson's former Fox News show, edited to include a photo of Vladimir Putin and the strapline "agent of Putin."
They added the clown face emoji, then said: "Tucker Carlson, a TV presenter who was fired from Fox News, 'explains' why Ukraine blew up the Kakhovka HPP. Let's break down his arguments."
The CSCIS also accused Carlson of using edited video of Lindsey Graham's meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv, which appeared to show the South Carolina senator saying: "This is the best thing we've ever spent money on," immediately after saying "Russians are dying."

Of course, a large part of the $100B+ shipped off to Ukraine has been coming back to the DS to line Senior Executive Service members' and politicians' (such as Nanzi Pelosi's) pockets. That also goes for the Military Industrial Complex types in Linda's South Carolina.
The conservative right hasn't had a chance to match the Socialist/Communist Left dollar-for-dollar that has been siphoned of from US-to-Ukraine greenbacks. Mules to pay, election officials to bribe and payoff, Dominion machines to subsidize and seed throughout the landscape, etc., etc. The Left has nonetheless somehow found sufficient corrupt money to pay such bills while the Right has been kicking in volunteer dollars and sweat to help with efforts on behalf of the Truth.
When FJB in strong-arm fashion held up a billion tax dollars until Ukraine would fire a prosecutor going after Bag-man-Hunter/Biden-paid-for Burisma, he had already established his corrupt credentials through previous manipulations and pay-offs.
After giving Ukraine so much of what has only put us deeper and deeper in debt, has the US citizen been made special stakeholder promises for their sacrifice? Noooooooo! FJB seems to think he has Zelenskyy and his cronies to thank, pressed down, shaken together and overflowing, as in this article that you'd never see coming from the US mainstream news.
One day soon, SCOTUS may be in possession of sufficient evidence to grant the remedy contemplated by the Brunson Brothers' legal filings.
I believe, when its all over, Mr. Zelenskyy will not be alive to remember or enjoy his Billions. He will go the way of Trotsky. Maybe by the hand of a Ukrainian patriot.
Carlson said of the story that “UFOs are actually real” and “in a normal country this news would qualify as a bombshell—the story of the millennium.”

To be clear, I didn’t like the strange reference to it myself. However, I think he was making a larger point about the uniformity of what we are “allowed” to discuss in media.
I watched his 10 minute monologue and he DID NOT SAY THAT. Now I am going to take Mark Twain’s advice now concerning “arguing with a fool”.

Poor old Tucker even got contradicted by the Russkies. On the Rossiya 1 panel, 2 reckoned Ukraine couldn’t have done it and a third basically argued that it was okay in ‘41 so why is it wrong now...
