I’m starting to think Commiefornia is the test grounds for things that the dems want to roll nationwide. This bill, the recently announced gun control bill, etc.

They float it there, let it work it’s way through the courts, and then try to roll it out to all other dem states, and eventually nationwide.

You are correct. Federal legislation would be required for the state of California to eliminate all federal government health plans and replace them with CA single payer plan.
