@AsaHutchinson
The @GOP should clarify that there is no pledge to support a nominee if they are found guilty of espionage or a serious felony.
Donald Trump is the target of an ongoing criminal investigation and he should step aside & put the good of the country above his candidacy
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Trump, or at least the idea of him, like Napoleon, threatens to pull down the entire domestic and international system.
Sending him to prison is a virtual certainty, unless they decide to kill him.
Well, not optimistic that the moderators or the RNC will allow that question to be asked and it is quite clear that the nominees thus far will not be interested in being asked the question and, if they were, would never say yes. Look at what Pence said about Trump when he announced yesterday. The candidates whole raison d’etre is to get rid of Trump and to memory hole all of the illegal things they/the government has done.
I’ve always wanted to avoid this kind thing but it’s inevitable given the current environment, perhaps it’s something that needs to happen to cleanse the system but it will be ugly
They should be forced to answer the questions if not at a debate then at campaign events
Forced by who? No one in the RNC wants to help DJT—they want corrupt business as usual.
Ultimately the voters in the Republican Primaries will have their say, it may take multiple lost Presidential elections to reach that point.
Believe me, if the Republicans continue to lose elections at some point there will be a correction.
It might take 10 years, but it will happen.
+1
Yet another idiot Freeper Old West Conservative, sad.
Hutchinson should step aside for THE GOOD OF THE COUNTRY.
Thank you for proving that you suffer from both Reagan Derangement Syndrome and an increasingly common variant of Trump Derangement Syndrome.
doubleplus ungood — to use terminology that no doubt comforts you
Donald Regan was President?
You made my point perfectly, thank you.
Good lord. You are even more pompous than ASA.
