At least 11 cancer drugs are currently in short supply, FDA data shows.
Just six weeks ago, Greg DeStefano began a new chemotherapy combination. The 50-year-old, from Northbrook, Illinois, had recently been diagnosed with his fourth round of cancer and doctors were hopeful the medication would treat the tumors growing in his neck.
DeStefano was responding well, but then, in late May, he got a call from his doctor and was told one of the three drugs he was receiving -- carboplatin -- was under a global shortage and because of the way the hospital had to prioritize treatments, he wouldn't be qualified to receive it anymore.
"We're frustrated because not only are we dealing with cancer, now we have to deal with a drug shortage of a pretty critical drug," DeStefano told ABC News.

At least 11 oncology medications are currently in short supply, according to an ABC News analysis of data from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Among them are carboplatin, used to treat ovarian and head and neck cancer; azacytidine, which treats a form of leukemia; and dacarbazine, used to treat skin cancer.

Nah, not necessary. Treat the young black ones. Let the rest pay the bill.
The drugs are from India and China. WHY? Didn’t the drug companies make enough billions from the phony Covid scamdemic? Why can’t the drugs be made here? Not enough profit? Or, are they part of the Globalist’s kill off of the population?
It’s not easy having to decide which patients don’t get treated.
It’s the youth in Asia.... and up or shun.... part of the short edge.
Shortages of prescriptions drugs, so rationing will have to be implemented; and
Shortages of electrical power so electricity will have to be rationed; then
Shortages of food so groceries will have to be rationed.
Who do you think will be the last ones with access to those items? Hint: It will not be those poor “marginalized” communities whose suffering the media bemoans each day.
> Why can’t the drugs be made here? <
Most things can be made more cheaply overseas (of course). But there’s something else to consider. Most of these drugs are discovered in the US, and are patented here. And patents are important, as they give the manufacturers incentives to keep on researching. So far, so good.
Now India and China enter the picture. They tell the US patent-holders to let them manufacture the drugs at a steep discount, or they will just ignore the patent altogether. This is something an American company cannot do.
The patent-holders often give in to the Indians and Chinese, as half a loaf is better than nothing.
I don’t work in the pharmaceutical industry. But I know a guy that does. And that’s what he told me.
Hey I reached out in a post recently to find out if anyone was on the Fentanyl patch as my wife, a survivor of Stage IV colon cancer and 18 major surgeries was. She had been on it for over 15 years and supply problems like the one mentioned forced her off.
I am happy to report she went off with a week of bad discomfort. She has been off for 2 months now. She avoided the doctor’s recommendations for switching one addiction for another and is completely off pain meds.
She reports her pain is worse, but this is more than made up for by her lack of profound depression.
Anyhoo, if you know anyone in the same boat let me know and we will help them in any way that we can.
The only thing to fear is the addiction itself and all the doctor-recommended solutions.
Selected by boob size?
What is her pain from?
She is a 20 year survivor of Stage IV colon cancer and its treatment which included 18 major surgeries and multiple rounds of chemo and radiation.
