Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis is attacking former President Donald Trump for “turning the country over to [Dr. Anthony] Fauci in March 2020” but DeSantis was praising the chief public health official at the same time in previously unreported quotes, saying Fauci was “really, really good and really, really helpful” and “really doing a good job.”
In other comments, the Florida governor said he deferred to Fauci’s guidance on COVID-19 restrictions and later cited his guidance when communicating the policies he was putting in place early in the pandemic in the state of Florida.
“You have a lot of people there who are working very, very hard, and they’re not getting a lot of sleep,” DeSantis said on March 25, 2020, at a briefing on Florida’s response. “And they’re really focusing on a big country that we have. And from Dr. Birx to Dr. Fauci to the vice president who’s worked very hard, the surgeon general, they’re really doing a good job. It’s a tough, tough situation, but they’re working hard.”

For heaven’s sake people. Neither Desantis or Trump are innocent on covid. They both did what they thought they had to do because everyone in the world was conned on covid. If they had not taken it seriously back then they would have been thrown out of office.
Trump was supposed to lose to Hillary in 2016. The RATs f’ed up and took a couple states for granted and she lost. They spent 4 years trying to get rid of Trump. They realized that didn’t work so the NWO and RAT scum decided to go for the whole enchilada in 2020. Launching that pandemic con gave them the perfect opportunity to start mail in fraud and that is how that goober Biden was installed. 81 million votes for him was what they needed to get rid of Trump. So they did it. If it wasn’t for that 4 years of Trump all this WEF garbage would be 4 years farther along. Now it is probably too late while we sit here fighting over already spilt milk.

My B.S. meter went ton hrough the roof the first time I watched and heard Anthon Fauci at the beginning of Covid, when he was on the stage with Trump. I was unaware of him by name or reputation before Covid. As a fellow New Yorker, who interacted closely with every kind of New Yorker, Donald Trump’s BS meter surely went sky high, too. What was Trump to do? Trump cannot pretend, nor would be want to pretend he knew about this sor any other virus. Fauci has been on his job for 40 plus years, was in like flint with the drug companies, etc. Would Trump have had some instant replacement he could know would be a straightshooter, would have a crystal ball to predict what might really being going on with the rapidly spreading “who knows what, where, how, why “ and what should be done and not be done? Then there was a side-kick, intelligent sounding woman doctor/scientists who drew more attention to be her signature scarf than to the content of what she was saying. A woman who wore such a conservative style scarf would not be saying anything but the truth....
But again, Ron is not an easy target from what I see. It will be too unbelievable. Like Ron Reagan, it just isn’t there.
So if Governor Ron stood up to Trump, you would praise him for being so tough he out-toughed the Super Tough man who was president?
Or would you belittle Ron for being a bastard who dared defy President Trump?
And who selected Pence for VP?
And who put Pence in charge of the Covid Task Force?
And you're going to try to elect that same person, again?
Try to look at Trump as a building contractor, who hires people to do the work. He was horrible at it, and screwed up the job. You find someone else for the next job, especially when it involves cleaning up for the last guy.
Easy to run a State where all 3 branches are controlled by the GOP.

Jeanette Nuñez is the Lt. Governor, and would replace him as Governor at some point if he wins the primary. She’s been in the job since 2019 and from all appearances would make a great Governor.
Campaigning is part of the process for all candidates, whether in office or not. Who was running the country while Trump was on the road in 2020? Fauci, from what we can tell.
He won’t win the primary.
We’ll see. Trump is taking it for granted and making mistake after mistake after mistake, and seems to think he can hide out like Biden and win.

I thought when the commie thugs raided Mar-a-lago and saint Desantis played dumb something was afoot ... then when Desantis went caw caw caw over that 'trans' republican, running for the Senate, in CO, I knew something was down and dirty...
I suspect President Trump also got wind of this want-a-be general but held his peace until his election was a sure thing... I for one am thankful to see the unveiling of just who supports this 'young' godfather Biden.
