Death penalty for drug trafficking, use the military against the cartels.
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
I’d rather it was focusing on dealing with the deep state first, and securing the border. Once that’s done, maybe we can take a look at dealing with the cartels.
All are equally unlikely to happen.
hmmm going to be a lot of vacancies in some alphabet agencies
so good luck changing that...
however, jail would be a quick fix.
SPJNK.
Some People Just Need Killing.
The nice AMs & SBMs asked me not to use “killing”, “execution”, “exterminate”, “shoot”, “hand”, “slaughter” etc, when referring to leftists, commies, fascists, antifa, murderers, rapists, child molesters, blm etc, so I invented the SPJNK acronym.
Feel free to use it and spread it around.
He needs to start with the “drug addiction” of the federal government being hooked on borrowed money.
I don’t think that can become law unless drug trafficking could be considered a form of treason.
Also, some blame in a drug deal belongs with the buyer.
Buyers can’t be completely excused when tackling the overall drug problem.
Even the young buyers can’t be considered poor little victims.
No politician has any interest in actually stopping drugs. It’d interrupt their supply.
I believe there is already a Federal death penalty for “king pins” that was passed and signed under Bush the Elder.
L
Anyone remember many years ago politicians were running on “death penalty for drug dealers”?
What are ya gonna do about the pot shops on every corner in some states?
The drug problem is a lot more than fentanyl coming over the border. The real drug problem is the blackness of the American soul, the darkness of our civilization, the destruction of serious mental illness thickly populating every big American city.
All to make a small elite with all the wealth comfortable while “reducing the surplus population” in order to keep that small elite safe and happy.
America is a dead and moldering nation. Trying to revive it and its now-inherent evil does no one any good.
yup ... right before they opened the flood gates ...
I'm beginning to think we should just give anyone all the free drugs they want ... any time .. all they want.
Less crime, no need to steal for money.
More profit for mortuary business. 1 time cost and done.
$$ saving on “social services”
Of course we would have to do some thing about all the unemployed social gov workers ...
give them some drugs ?
Mandate drug testing for welfare benefits and the hard core druggies will off themselves in no time.
100 years of drug prohibition and everything they’ve tried so far hasn’t worked.
There are several other Countries with the death penalty for drug pushers... They still have drug problems.
Let’s deal with the size of the FedGov before we add another G*dd@mn layer to the Federal crap pile.
So basically the same old failed “war on drugs” policies, except on steroids, so they can fail even harder.
It’s easier than admitting we’re on the wrong track.
Just like with public education. Kids failing? Throw more money at it.
Too many people on welfare? Throw more money at it.
Other Countries don’t like us? Pay them off with borrowed billions.
I guess it beats coming up with real solutions or taking responsibility.
“I don’t think that can become law unless drug trafficking could be considered a form of treason.”
The Supreme Court’s current standard doesn’t ban the death penalty for particular offenses, but it does say that there basically needs to be a “national consensus” that the penalty is not disproportionate for a certain crime. So if only one state wanted to pass a law making drunk driving a capital offense, it would get stricken down, but if 26 states changed their laws to make that a capital offense, it could probably survive a challenge.
Now, how that would apply to a federal law that applies in all 50 states is something I don’t know.
Yeah, but the real sad thing is I expect this from politicians. They always propose the same stupid ideas over and over, and half the time, they have no intention of doing them.
I’ve been noticing in some of Trump’s recent proposals that the same tendency seems to be creeping in. He has proposed a few lame solutions that won’t work, or even solutions that are completely impossible to achieve. He used to be much more pragmatic. I think he’s got some people of the “just tell them what they want to hear” variety working on his campaign now.
Great idea it would also expose a lot of the deep state rats always follow the money trail Rush stated it many time because it works.
The answer to the drug addiction problem (like the answer to most problems) is found in the bible.
2 Thessalonians 3 10 - "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat."
And the cause of the drug addiction problem (like the cause of most problems) is government policy....the cradle to grave welfare state.
“I am for doing good to the poor, but...I think the best way of doing good to the poor, is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it. I observed...that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did for themselves, and became richer.”
