So, get an authorized serial number imprinted on the firearm. Have that serial number registered.
I have a couple of old guns that were made without serial numbers. No gun manufacturer is going to give you a serial number for a 100 year old gun, especially one that is no longer in business. There a probably millions of these old guns throughout the US and most of them are just wall hangers.
Jersey is full of democrats. I don’t want democrats owning guns. Hope they confiscate them. If you’re on the right, leave the state while you can.
How about, No.
Many of them cannot be registered with Fedzilla
you’re kind of missing the point...
“ So, get an authorized serial number imprinted on the firearm. Have that serial number registered.”
No.
You must have forgot the sarcasm tag or you are an eff’n commie.
...as required by the 2nd Amendment.
Oh, wait...
??????????????
Really?
Requirement for serial numbers is unconstitutional. Firearms from the "Founding" era had none.
Are you trying to become the stupidest Freeper of the day? This bans even 200 year old smoothbore muskets and ALL common firearms manufactured before 1968, including your grandpa’s 100 year old double barrel shotgun.
“So, get an authorized serial number imprinted on the firearm. Have that serial number registered.”
First, let me state how cowardly and pathetic a person who would have to be to try to appease their masters in that way.
Second, please re read the first post.
“the serial number must be registered with a federally licensed manufacturer.”
So it still would not be in compliance with the law if you slap a SN on it and register it wherever or with whomever you want. It’s still illegal to even posses as the SN was not placed there by a “federally licensed manufacturer”.
Muzzle loaders, most guns made before 1968, guns made outside the us (the Feds do not license gun manufactures outside the US), bb guns, airsoft guns...they are all illegal in NJ now.
Please watch the video in post 1. It’s only 8 minutes.
I feel confident that all of America’s criminals will comply with these new laws.
So take a historic weapon and deface it with a serial number?
A weapon who no long has a “ registered manufacturer “ ?
Should I go on with replies to your idiocy?
