The survey showed a majority of Republicans, 54 percent, backing Trump in the 2024 primary. No other candidate comes remotely close.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who jumped into the presidential race last week after months of speculation, comes in 45 points behind with nine percent support. Former Vice President Mike Pence comes four points behind DeSantis with five percent support, followed by South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott (four percent), former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley (three percent), anti-woke businessman Vivek Ramaswamy (two percent), and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (two percent). Twenty percent

“Absolutely,” Justice said when asked if Trump would win the “whole thing” during an April appearance on Fox News Tonight.
He added:
I hope like crazy that to be the case. We had a real president three years ago, did we not? And today we’re struggling beyond belief. The whole world is all to pieces. Absolutely I believe that President Trump not only can win, I believe he will win, and it will be a great day for America.
The survey was taken May 22-23, 2023, among 957 registered voters in West Virginia. It has a Credibility Interval (CI) of +/- 3.7 percent.

The survey comes as Trump continues to dominate in several other state-level primary polls as well, holding double-digit leads in Iowa, California, South Carolina, Nevada, and New Hampshire.
DeSantis didn't even declare until the evening of May 24th, so this is completely obsolete info as of today...
he won’t win until he addresses the rampant cheating in AZ (see kari lake), PA (how did a retarded lurch win over Oz) , GA and MI.
LOLOLOL. 54-9. I don’t think Ronnie Boy’s announcement is going to make any difference.
Biggest surprise here is Pence 5%. In what sane world does he rank that high?
Considering he broke his promise to serve out his term I really can't believe anything out of Ron's yap.
Everyone knew Des-natis was jumping in the race, so don’t fool yourself.
Also after the Des-natis campaign roll out landed with a dud, his numbers next poll may be lower than what’s posted here not higher.
It’s all bogus anyways, Dems do these push polls to shape public opinion not to measure it.

12 days after he announced, he was at 12%. Pre-announcement, DeSantis started at 9% in WV. We’ll see if that number improves a couple of weeks later.
No it didn't. He overloaded Twitter and set the record for the most donations on announcement day.
According to reports it took Trump 6 weeks from his announcement day to bring in that much. Had Trump overloaded Twitter and set a fundraising record you would be calling the election over.
Another irrelevant poll.
No he didn't. He was asked that exact question during the governor's debate and never said he wouldn't run, or that he would serve out his full term. He was asked several other times as well.
Conservatives are high information voters this is a long process.

My most fervent wish is for Trump to drop a metaphoric nuke on washington from orbit on day one
Fact!
The part you hypocritical DeSanctimonious (Mr. “God created a fighter on the 8th day”) supports deceitful refused to include in your false accusations of President Trump was that he tried every which way he could to keep his promises but was thwarted, on the biggest ones, by the GOP-E.
You know, the same bunch backing your pale pastel copy of President Trump, DeSantis.
You are a pack of Liars.
To early poll...not going to react until September 2024. Besides, the Dems will cheat anyway...

I hold the same opinion I did in 2016. If Trump is the nominee, I will vote for him. With him, I’ll at least minimize the damage we’d take from a Dem president. But his record of deceit and failure on his major campaign promises means I’ll vote for someone other than Trump in the primary.
Not even a remotely valid comparison. Trump was a novelty that nobody took seriously in 2015. Within a week of announcing he was fighting back against the attacks, namely against Macy’s and the GOPe via McCain. Rob on the other hand, is the sitting governor of the 3rd largest state by population, is supported by the GOPe and has been pushed incessantly by Fox News, yet still, nobody is interested in him. Stunning case of political suicide.
