Last week we provided an update on plummeting sales of Bud Light as well as other Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV products.
The latest data for last week suggest the situation is getting worse.
Anheuser-Busch InBev stock looks set to blow through the previous critical support.

We have guided that it has been a wise investment decision to short Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (BUD) stock following the consumer backlash stemming from its marketing campaign featuring transgender "TikTok star, Dylan Mulvaney, who promoted the company’s “Easy Carry Contest” on social media outlets and featured Bud Light prominently. A portion of the customer base disagrees tremendously with this and has called for boycotts. The boycott is clearly having a huge impact.
Last week, we told you sales were plummeting and that the stock was at a critical support. Take a look at the chart:
That support was identified to be about $56, and now BUD stock seems to be blowing through this level. Downside could be well under $50 now if sales data does not improve or if the company does not do something to win back its customer base. It may be too late for many to return, or, it could be a short-term impact. However, a review of the comments section of any article on this issue suggests lifelong customers may never return. For those who have not seen the video, it is here.
BUD stock has now retraced to and looks to be breaking below what we viewed as a very key level of support. In our opinion, if BUD stock does not recover the $56 level, there is at least another 10% downside here

I don’t understand why AB doesn’t bite the bullet and pull Bud Lite off the Market and after a reasonable period of time introduce another Lite Beer under a different name and label.
No sir... you're 100% CORRECT in your post #18.
People have short memories. Notice how the demands for release "manuscript" and the release of the Jan 6th video have all subsided.
Which means that, when prior Bud drinkers sample other beers until they find something they like, they are extremely unlikely to go back.
They’re already putting their factory water swill into the Wicked Weed bottles and cans. Maybe they will simply promote one of their serf brands to take Bud’s place.
Hi.
Losing billions in market cap and sales per month should be a red flag to management don’t ya think?

Thankfully they sold my Polish beer of choice, Tyskie, to Asahi. I drank a lot of Tyskie when I visited Poland last year.
Government subsidies coming, if they haven’t already.
That requires a willingness to take a temporary loss in order to support current prices (which continue to decline). There are limits to how far even woke investors are willing to do this.
BL's current strategy appears to be to pretend it didn't happen and wait for the competition to prove that there isn't much difference between the various companies' ideological stances after all. That could be a very long wait. Miller certainly tried it but their management proved far more agile than BL's and ducked the million pound crap-hammer coming their way. And trans activists have only proven that there's no satisfying them and that they have no intention of supporting anything even in the face of supine, cringing surrender. They're not allies, they're not custumers, and they're not...necessary.
I was at an upscale restaurant this weekend and the poor souls might have been stuck with only Bud light beer glasses. Everyone I saw with a beer had a glass with Bud light printed on the side. No one was actually drinking Bud light in the loafers.
I stopped buying Stella for people before Easter. I think that Stella’s quality ahs gone down since the 90s.
Come on, man. Try harder!
The first real test will be the publication of second quarter operating results.
That is a July event....
Wall Street likes hard numbers before they panic...
