Video supports the claim that the machines were jimmied, and the security serial number for each machine was 'blank' on the machine logs - post election. They had to cut a zip tie with serial number that had been recorded when machines first programmed in order to re-program the machine. Specifically mentioned in audit procedures required to certify the election as LAWFUL.
