Two Lululemon employees in Georgia are speaking out after they say they were fired for calling police on would-be robbers.
Jennifer Ferguson, a former assistant manager at a metro Atlanta area Lululemon store and one of her employees, Rachel Rogers, were fired by the retail chain after shocking video captured the duo yelling at and chasing masked robbers out of their store before calling police, which they claim got them fired, according to a report from the New York Post.
The viral video shows the masked thieves bursting into the store earlier this month and grabbing as many items as possible before being confronted by Ferguson.

"No, no, no, you can march back out," Ferguson can be heard telling the thieves.
The thieves had reportedly looted the location multiple times in previous months, and at one point in the video seemed to pause and consider the employee's demand before re-entering the store and grabbing more items.
"Seriously? Get out," Ferguson can be heard saying to the robbers.
"Chill, b–---, shut your ass up," one of the thieves responds.
The employees then record the thieves as they exit the store and enter a waiting car to escape, with Ferguson and Rogers making no effort to physically prevent them from stealing items or leaving the store.
From there, the employees called the Gwinnett Police Department and reported the robbery, which they say is what got them fired from the store. Though Ferguson said the duo were not given "specific reasoning" for their terminations, management cited that the company had a "no-tolerance policy."

Makes you wonder if the thieves/gangs are being paid by these stores to steal so they can collect insurance.
On the other hand, Lululemon's insurance company might want to withdraw terminate the store's policy because it is essentially encouraging theft.
Yup...My son in law deals with this. he works at the store...can’t do a damn thing about these crooks. not your job.
Yeah, seems like an open invitation to visit one of those stores and take what you like. Only suckers pay for stuff.
Sounds like an invitation to put them out of business.
I know I do not care about these retail outlets. Time to buy wholesale or even direct from the producers.
In a way, this is the final frontier for the Woke Movement because customers and business reality will simply not put up with it.
Larry Fink of BlackRock is on record saying that you have to force "behavior" of people with ESG (Environmental, social, and corporate governance) from the top down. Institutional investors (like BlackRock), boards of directors, and senior managers are forcing this crap.
Like all true believers in Woke Ideology, they think it will work.
Luckily, consumers and customers know better.
So it's possible that the only solution that might reduce this kind of theft is Rooftop Koreans or that game doll from Squid Games.
Doubtful. Having a lenient policy toward shoplifting encourages organized gangs to prey on your store and your insurance rates would go through the roof. If an insurer tells a business owner to go easy on robbers and pay more, the business owner is going to ignore that kind of advice...or just shut down the store.
“Lulumelon confirmed the employee handbook outlining its zero-tolerance policy for chasing or physically engaging with suspected robbers.”
So it seems it would be perfectly acceptable conduct for each employee to just grab an armful of goods to take home with them at the end of their work shifts.
The really stupid thing about all this is that though senior management might think this is some kind of reparation to needy minorities, organized crime will elbow their way in almost immediately.
Stores that permit this kind of shrinkage will be shut down quickly because their margins are already paper thin.
If one store in a mall or strip encourages shoplifting, it will spread to other stores like a head cold. The next thing you know, the entire mall or strip center is struggling.
OR there is a concerted effort to intentionally destroy retail so the TWO BIG COMPANIES can take over.
“Makes you wonder if the thieves/gangs are being paid by these stores to steal so they can collect insurance.”
I don’t think so, as that would only result in driving up their rates.
I suspect (without evidence, by the way) that it may have to do with the mall owners, wanting to keep news of the ‘locals’ from reaching customers, as that would obviously dissuade people from shopping there. So the stores are forced to sign leases saying they won’t get the police involved, or they are told informally that if they want their leases renewed, no police. Stores are caught in the middle...since moving to another location is often fatal in that business.
100% black, and spreading across the country. Who says stereotypes don’t reinforce themselves? Question is, why tolerate it? Why is everyone else so afraid of <12%? Why does everyone tolerate the letter people agenda? It’s even a smaller group, but if you watch tv you’d think half the population was black and the other half queer.
Good post and excellent points!
Really expands on the likely unintended consequences of weak-kneed, hair-brained liberal policies that may possibly be well intentioned
but are so stupid that only fully indoctrinated leftists could believe they might work.
100% black, and spreading across the country.

"It is curious that blacks, the least educated thirteen percent of the population,
the least productive, most criminal, and most dependent on governmental charity,
should dominate national politics. Yet they do. Virtually everything revolves around
what blacks want, demand, do, or can’t do. Their power seems without limit."
Seems like a ripe culture for some successful inside jobs.
Die, corporate scum.
