Quite a few Republican representatives are not happy with the debt ceiling deal, and one vowed not to 'bankrupt our country'

Several Republican representatives say they're unhappy with the debt ceiling deal after the White House and House Speaker reached a tentative agreement Saturday night.

Kevin McCarthy said he'd spoken with President Joe Biden on the phone twice and struck a deal in principle after weeks of fraught negotiations.

The deal means the US will avert a national debt default, which could trigger chaos on financial markets and send the dollar sinking – but the legislation still has to pass both the House and the Senate.

Republican Congressmen Ralph Norman and Ken Buck both attacked the agreement.

Norman, of South Carolina, called the deal "insanity" in a tweet and said a debt ceiling increase with "virtually no cuts" was not what had been agreed. He vowed not to vote to "bankrupt our country".

Buck, of Colorado, said he's "appalled" by the "surrender" to raise the debt ceiling. "The bottom line is that the US will have $35 trillion of debt in January, 2025. That is completely unacceptable," he tweeted.

Yes, this at a bare minimum. That’s what the House bill was supposed to do, to set a bare minimum standard for needed cuts to the US debt and deficit don’t jump to even more outrageous levels. And to at least halt the bleeding from the massive costs of the millions of illegal aliens pouring into the US ever year, at least divert some of the welfare for illegals to actual border security. But McCarthy’s cave basically removes the House bill from consideration. It’s dead on the floor.

“Utter capitulation in progress, by the side holding the cards”
That’s exactly what it is, pure and simple. That’s what makes McCarthy’s latest back-stab so maddening. It’s the same kind of thing that Marco Rubio, Grahamnesty and the “Gang of 8” were trying to do with the treasonous immigration bill of 2013, the Democrats were desperate to bring in millions of new voters to flood the polls and Republicans simply had to say no. But too many from the Chamber of Commerce treason caucus were willing to back-stab traditional America and pass amnesty while flooding enough cheap labor Indians in on the H1B to make sure Americans couldn’t get living wages in tech. The conservative side held all the cards the treasonous RINO leadership was happy to just give it away, clearly bribed and on the take.

Epstein was especially dangerous to the traitor elites since he had dirt not only on the public officials, but on the oligarchs in the background pulling their strings. He was going to implicate the circles of Soros, Zuckerberg, Gates, Bloomberg, Iger and all the other corrupt crooks who’ve bought up the US government, Gate’s own wife left him because she knew what he was up to with Epstein. No surprise at all when he conveniently suicided while all the documents and pictures from his island remain under lock and key.

Of course. I got sick of saying that but Trump had full confidence in him. I like Trump but he should not be trusted to pick his own cabinet. Far too many lefties and GOPe he chooses.

Feeling the same here, more and more every day and this latest betrayal by McCarthy and the RINO leadership is the last straw. There was a time when we questioned the moves by our kids and nieces and nephews overseas, most of them got visas from family background and now are expats in our ancestral countries in Europe or in South Brazil and South America.

They were disconnected from our political organizing and efforts back home, but they’d already come to realize that the RINO’s in charge of the Republican Party even back then were nothing more than traitors. Just a bunch of controlled opposition put there by the Chamber of Commerce plutocrats to distract from actual conservative causes for big business hand-in-hand with big government ripping off the people, and gut the American heartland instead of fighting for us. George W. Bush wasting his political capital on the War in Iraq instead of using our military to defend our borders back in the US, and then treasonous GOP RINO’s in 2013 pushing the nation-wrecking Gang of 8 immigration bill only confirmed it for them. We got some hope back when Trump ran and got elected, only to see the RINO’s in his own party back-stab him and the MAGA movement at every turn. McCarthy is the latest paid-off GOPe shill to wield that knife.

That’s the worst part about this betrayal. At a bare minimum McCarthy’s “negotiators” could have made a pretence about caring for conservative priorities by introducing some border security provisions. It would have been easy to justify after the scenes from the past 2 weeks after the Title 42 conditions were halted, seeing the waves of invasions flooding the US border with no end in sight. Even most Dems we do business with know the USA can’t endlessly take in the 3rd world without collapsing in short order. But McCarthy couldn’t even be bothered to do that. It’s just another sign of contempt from the RINO “leadership” for the base.

Yes that’s unfortunately been one of Trump’s problem points, as good and tough as he is in so many areas he’s had trouble picking solid, trustworthy advisors, allies and Cabinet members. Being fair he’s been surrounded by vipers that have made it difficult, it’s one of the challenges of fighting the deep state and the swamp. But even outside of that, some of his picks were just terrible and clearly had the knives out for him from the get-go.

Bill Barr, Nikki Haley, Mike Pompeo, John Bolton and of course Ron Desantis feigned friendship and alliance, just waiting for an opportunity to pounce and back-stab their patron, not to mention the MAGA movement and it’s more than 100 million people in the heartland, for their own filthy ambitions. While for example Jeff Sessions, even with his flaws was a much better ally and more in tune with Trump’s goals and MAGA and traditional America generally, someone Trump should have supported and elevated more. McCarthy is just the latest in that line of back-stabbers, though from his recent speeches and addresses Trump’s clearly learning. He wouldn’t have accomplished all the things he has if he couldn’t learn from these incidents, he has a tougher battle than the traitor politicians but he’s never giving up.

It doesn’t look likely and that’s another sign of how completely McCarthy surrendered on practically everything with the “compromise” deal. The Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Dems are usually so loud and rabid they’d rebel against any deal stopping short of copying from Lenin’s communist founding principles for the Soviet Union. But outside from a few perfunctory grumbles they’re signalling support for McCarthy’s deal and perfectly happy to go along. They clearly love what’s in the deal, all it’s giveaways to illegal aliens, the lack of any border security provisions even with the Title 42 mess from earlier in May and the fact that Soros’ fingerprints are obviously all over it.

Not to mention that McCarthy has basically capitulated on even the basic principles of the House Republican majority having any say in budget cuts or appropriations in the future, and no debt ceiling debate even allowed until 2025. The Dems get almost everything they wanted in this “deal”, and adding insult to this injury, the only “cuts” were already automatic from all the covid stimulus packages being halted anyway. Conservatives literally get nothing demanded, and the House bill has for any practical purpose disappeared from Congress without even being brought up and voted down.

It’s probably the most blatant and obvious treason by RINO Republican “leaders” in a decade, at least since the amnesty Gang of 8 immigration bill that was set up to import the 3rd world and basically flood whatever’s left of the American heartland into demographic disappearance. Which the McCarthy negotiators deal is set to do anyway, with hundreds of billions of dollars more in welfare and giveaways for millions more illegal aliens flooding in each year to be paid for by us, and Biden’s new army of tax-collector agents (they sure won’t be going after Soros, Gates or Bloomberg) to enforce the shake-downs against our families and small businesses just like Obama’s corrupt petty tyrants did with the Tea Party.

Yes, the GOP establishment has been the poison for actual conservative goals for decades now, and what’s worse, they’ve back-stabbed actual conservatives on crucial issues where they do a lot of long lasting damage. Hijacking efforts to preserve traditional values to instead support woke corporations, internationalist wars that get our sons and daughters killed on foreign soil for elite cabals and above all, mass immigration for the sake of cheap labor, all as dangerous to us and our people as for anything the Dems themselves push. Conservatism since Washington and Jefferson’s days always meant above all standing up for the freedom of the American people from all forms of tyranny, public and private. It’s suspicious of elites and oligarchs in power because whatever pretence they have of opposition, they’ll find a way to collude with each other because ultimately they all gain from ripping off the people of the heartland, breaking down our culture, using our kids as war fodder and diluting traditional values. Conservatives for centuries from Burke to Buckley knew this.

But somewhere around the 80’s or 90’s, conservative think-tanks got infiltrated by fake conservative pseudo-intellectuals who hijacked the movement and basic principles, tricking Republican officials into supporting Chamber of Commerce big business attacks on the American fabric that they falsely framed as “conservative”. But it turned out that Big Business was as woke and opposed to traditional America as the Communist Party was just in different ways, they pretended to be our friends by claiming to support capitalism and opposing labor unions, but in reality they were never real capitalists like the small-town shop owners and entrepreneurs who actually built America.

Big Business are the fake capitalists that Jefferson and Jackson warned about. They’re actually just statists who care only about more profits by whatever means even if they tear through the communities in the American heartland, supporting everything from mass immigration (both the legal and illegal kinds are overwhelming us) to vaccine mandates on experimental drugs that got the Pfizer and Moderna CEO’s rich at our expense. That’s why Citizen’s united still causes so much damage, Mitch McConnell stupidly cheered it but John Roberts was not our friend when he made the ruling. He was deliberately giving power to Soros, Gates, Zuckerberg, Bloomberg, Iger, the Kochs and the other plutocrats to drown out the voice of the citizens in the heartland with their billions. It’s big part of why we have controlled opposition like McCarthy back-stabbing and undermining everything conservatives try to do, the oligarchs literally bribe the GOP to put RINO’s in charge.

And the main weapon of the woke Big Business back-stabbers is cheap labor and cultural change to break the cohesion of our societies, the reason why we still have millions of illegals pouring in every year on top of the 40 to 50 million illegal aliens and anchor babies already straining our communities. And of course also the reason why the woke corporations moved tens of millions of good American jobs out to Mexico, Vietnam, China, India and the Philippines, hollowing out our heartland in the same places that opiates right now are killing whole communities. The fake conservatives, pseudo-libertarians and Chamber of Commerce lobby then used the Bush family to distract the conservative movement with the war in Iraq—even easier to whine about labor shortages and import cheap labor when you needlessly kill and wound tens of thousands of young, healthy Americans in their working and physical primes, all to fight someone else’s war in a far away country with no benefit to the United States. And as a bonus, they pulled American troops far away from the border while more of these fake statist “capitalists” got rich off Americans bleeding in the desert and veterans are left to starve (another lesson for this Memorial Day)

Then Bush Jr. went on to hijack actual conservative goals with even more mass immigration and amnesty and the America-wrecking H1B visa that’s nothing more than direct demographic warfare against American citizens to get good jobs. (No accident that they also recruited RINO quislings like John McCain, Marco Rubio, Grahamnesty, Orrin Hatch, John Hoeven, Ted Cruz “I want unlimited H1B’s”, Nikki Haley, Mike Pompeo and of course the filthy traitor Paul Ryan to push even more H1B’s and amnesty over past decade) Even Reagan was duped into the 1986 amnesty, and since Hart and Cellar law in 1965 there have been plenty of other betrayals but the Bushes took the RINO treason to a new level, they were textbook controlled opposition that hijacked almost everything American conservatism has stood for and turned it on it’s head. McCarthy is just the latest in this GOPe “tradition”, right on schedule with the latest treason against everything we stand for

Yes, the default threat was always hollow, if it wasn’t obvious before it became that when Yellen just smiled and randomly moved the “default day” like she was flipping through a calendar. It’s easy to divert funds to pay the interest on bonds and bills so it was never a real threat, the Dems and the media just played it up to pressure McCarthy.

Either he’s dumb enough to buy into the hyped threat, or more likely, he also knows there’s no real risk of default. He’s just playing along with the media narrative as controlled opposition, marching to the tune of Soros, Bloomberg and the other woke billionaires paying his bribes.

Another McCarthy RINO gem. Supposedly there’s something for conservatives to like because even though he surrendered EVERYTHING in the House bill and basically halted the bill without even a Senate vote—even though he’s giving Dems, neocons and RINO’s almost everything they’ve asked for and more—he’s slowing the rate of wasteful spending and national bankruptcy down by maybe a little.

So we’re still bankrupting the US treasury by more hundreds of billions of dollars in the next 2 years alone to bring in even more millions of illegals to bring down wages while inflation soars, we’re still using Biden’s new army of tax collectors to shake down even more hard pressed Americans and small businesses in the heartland to pay for it. (Can’t possibly go after the billions of stolen money in Soros, Gates and Bloomberg Swiss bank accounts taken from the American people) But, we’re maybe slowing the corruption down a little. Thanks Kevin, we all feel better

It is a problem but it does vary a lot in different places. Where our kids moved in Europe (even in Greece and Croatia) people are a lot more traditionalist—it helps to be a smaller country without having to constantly pretend to be cosmopolitan and obsessing over the made up number of GDP, at least the useless nominal GDP that gets artificial pushed up by all the bribes, government deficit spending and illegal alien crossings the woke corporations pay politicians to juice up their profits. And having multiple parties instead of just a pair of easily bribed two-parties helps too, it’s like what George Carlin pointed out years ago. Even France, Germany and Sweden of all places are a lot more conservative than we ever expected before we did import-export and our relatives moved there, part of it is they have real non-standard parties that force the mainstream uniparties to be honest.

And the people in general are a lot less hesitant to go out on the streets when the leaders put oligarch interests over their own, the French protests for ex. weren’t about retirement age so much as they forced the government to halt all mosque funding, close the mosques and rapidly kick the muzzies out—over half a million have been forced out in just the past year, and fast rising. The Syrian refugees recently got their status revoked and are getting kicked out from Germany and Sweden, it’s part because the street protests and non-mainstream parties demolished the uniparties in the regional elections. (Plus having to take in 10 million east Europeans from Ukraine and Russia fighting forces the issue)

Even gun rights are much better protected in the EU than we ever imagined, Scandinavia of all places has high rates of gun ownership and there are more gun owners and regular sport shooters in France, Germany, Belgium and even the Netherlands and Italy than we ever imagined. Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and even Greece have thriving gun clubs, and of course Austria and especially Switzerland have great respect for well trained firearms owners and users. They place a huge premium of course on training and there’s a tough licensing exam and policy, it’s not easy to translate overseas but well trained gun owners with trigger discipline have high social status. And it’s one of the reasons why the top Olympic shooting champions and manufacturers are in European countries, the whole idea of Europe as anti-gun is a total myth, some of our best experiences on the range have been on our European business trips.

Even Brazil of all places surprised us, it’s a country full of Big Business oligarchs that thinks itself cosmopolitan, a lot like the US. But South Brazil is a lot more regional flavored and proud of it, and they don’t just passively sit by when Big Business oligarchs try to flood them and their communities. Part of our family moved to rural regions in the southern portion and it’s one of the most conservative places (in the true traditional sense) we’ve ever been to, and far better to raise kids in.
