The 15-year-old Ukrainian schoolgirl was taken one warm morning last October.
Like everyone else in Kherson, a city on the estuary of the Dnipro river in southern Ukraine, Yevheniia's family were still adjusting to life under Russian control. Putin's tanks and troops had poured into the city seven months earlier, soon after the invasion of Ukraine began.
Now there were checkpoints, military police, rumours of Russian brutality; of women being raped. Ukraine was fighting to get the city back and there was a constant risk of shelling. Few people went out after 5pm.
In the apartment where the teenager lived with her mother Maryna, 37, a sales assistant in a clothes shop; her father Oleskii, 36, a sailor; and her seven-year-old sister, the atmosphere was tense. So when her teacher invited Yevheniia and her classmates on a two-week holiday in Crimea, on the Black Sea, she leapt at the chance.
'I was going far away from the war with my friends,' she tells me now.

I desire the death of every last Russian who has invaded Ukraine. I’m also not too fond of you.
According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), as of the end of 2020, there were 235,000 refugees and asylum-seekers registered in Russia. The majority of these refugees come from Afghanistan, Syria, and Ukraine. However, it’s important to note that this figure only includes refugees and asylum-seekers who have been officially registered with the Russian government, and the actual number of refugees living in Russia may be higher.
It is difficult to estimate the exact number of unregistered refugees in Russia, as by definition they are not officially counted or tracked. However, according to some estimates and reports, the number could be significant. For example, in 2018, the Migration Research Center at Moscow’s Higher School of Economics estimated that there were up to 2 million undocumented migrants in Russia, many of whom could be refugees or asylum-seekers. Additionally, there have been reports of refugees and asylum-seekers avoiding registration due to fear of persecution, lack of information, or other reasons. Therefore, while it’s difficult to provide an exact number, it’s likely that there are a significant number of unregistered refugees in Russia.
These stories stink on ice.
Noticed the time frame of this report in Fall was when the Russians withdrew from Kherson after evacuating 80,000 citizens who chose to go to Russia for safety rather than welcome Uke “ liberators” who were shelling them as they tried to leave.
Let the Red Cross sort it out if there are Ukes choosing to stay in a war zone who want their kids back. Presumably they are the uke speaking minority in Kherson. Not subject to being rounded by the Ukes up as “ collaborators”.
War is coming back to Kherson.
Btw, Ukes are doing the same…taking Donbass kids from their families and sending them west. Uniformed squads Call themselves “ White Angels”. Seem shady as hell evacuating kids…but not their families.
migrants in Europe with Russian names are also reporting their children being taken by social services agencies…needs to be investigated.
So Poland should also give back "Danzig"? Germany lost.
Here, to put some context to your video... :
Russia was truly playing diabolically dirty tricks inside Ukraine. Talk about Russian meddling in other nations sovereignty!
On 26 January 2014, during the Euromaidan protests, up to 2,000 pro-Maidan protesters marched on the regional state administration (RSA) building in Odesa,[37] but were repelled by anti-Maidan activists and municipal barricades.[38][39] Odesa municipal administration fortified the building with concrete blocks to prevent further incursions on 28 January.[40] Confrontations between Euromaidan and Anti-Maidan protesters continued over the next month, and on 19 February, about 100 unidentified men wearing masks and helmets, and armed with baseball bats, assaulted a pro-Maidan demonstration.[41][42] Three journalists and two cameramen were injured in the clashes.[43] A number of Russian nationalist groups such as the Odesskaya Druzhina were active throughout the period and actively supported by senior Russian politicians such as Sergey Glazyev.[44] Ukrainian Nationalist groups such as Right Sector, Misanthropic Division, and the Social-National Assembly were also simultaneously active, in opposition to the pro-Russian groups.[2]
The Euromaidan protests culminated in the February 2014 Revolution of Dignity, when president Viktor Yanukovych fled the capital and was removed from office by parliament. Police reported that 5,000–20,000 participated in a pro-Russian demonstration in Odesa on 1 March.[45]
On 3 March, 200–500 pro-Russian demonstrators attempted to seize the Odesa Oblast Council building while it was holding a session.[46][47][48] They replaced the Ukrainian flag with a Russian flag and demanded a referendum on the establishment of an “Odessa Autonomous Republic”.[47] The Council adopted a motion in which it condemned extremism and any attempt to breach the territorial integrity of Ukraine.[49]
Meanwhile, several competing pro-revolution demonstrations were held in the city.[50] On 30 March, a 5,000-strong pro-revolution protest was held in Odesa.[51]
On 30 March, Russian ultranationalist Anton Rayevsky was arrested and deported from the city for organizing pro-Russian subversive groups, allegedly for the Russian government. Materials confiscated from Rayevsky called for the destruction of Ukrainians and Jews in the region, and for Russian military intervention.[52]
The remaining German population was forcibly expelled between 1947 and 1948. The annexed territory was populated with Soviet citizens, mostly ethnic Russians but to a lesser extent also Ukrainians and Belarusians. The German language was replaced with the Russian language.
I don’t think you understood my point.
Decades ago Russia transformed Kaliningrad into a war-machine on steroids against the West. It’s a Russian nuclear missiles launching pad, a naval military base, right in the middle of Europe.
Thus it’s a massive threat for the Western world because it’s run by the anti-American deep-state in the Kremlin.
Danzig is indeed part of Poland today (it was German, long story dating back to WW1) but the practical thing to understand is that Poland and Germany are strong allies today. Danzig isn’t a military war machine threatening Germany with nuclear missiles! Danzig is a non-issue for Germany and Poland today.
As we all know, Poland has suffered way, way worse than hell under Hitler socialism and Stalin socialism. Those socialists nearly annihilated Poland - (and the world too for that matter).
Now, “Putin-Sovietism” is doing exactly what those two socialist regimes (I just mentioned above) did to the world. Putin use the same tactics, same soviet ideology, same warcrimes... but this time against Urkraine. And others soon, if we don’t react.
If we fail to stop Neo-Soviet Putins land-grabbing hysteria, we would lose our freedoms and Americas many economical interests necessary for its survival would collapse.
This claim is total BS. The kids in question were just walking around footloose and fancy free when the Russian special op started. Russians sent them into Russia to be cared for. Bandera nazis would likely have just cooked and eaten them...

You’ve cried ‘WOLF’ so much you have no credibility left.
I’ve got a meme I need to dig up - it’s a Ukrainian stating that she does create false reports of Russian War crimes....
Meanwhile......... Freepers continue to aid and abet the Russian crimes against humanity.
The US has a very busy human trafficking problem that is swept under the rug. Gee, guess why? Kids are disappearing in droves at the border.
UK also has a tremendous “issue quite the same” that they pretend they do not have.
Maybe the Daily Mail will remind us exactly what that was?
ICC has no control over Putin.
The US is not replenishing itself. The birth rate is way down.
All your arguments do not stand scrutiny.
An arrogant globalist WEF neocon fool such as yourself isn’t going to wake anyone here.
You need to wake up. Your lies are not working.
No, I’ve just had a lifetime of experience with bullies and thugs and the Russians are just the latest example. You’re not far off yourself.
