Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Tuesday night called for US intelligence agencies to be broken up “into a thousand pieces” and scattered “into the winds.”

Dorsey posted a portrait of former Democratic President John F Kennedy and wrote, “Splinter the CIA, NSA, and FBI into a thousand pieces and scatter them into the winds.”

The news comes after Robert Kennedy Jr., the nephew of the former president who was assassinated on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, went on the Cats Roundtable radio program and told host John Catsimatidis that he believes the CIA was involved in the murder of JFK.

Well, I just tried to see if a quick perusal of the web could turn up ideally a video of JFK saying it, or at least what speech it was in (secret society speech, speech to newswriters, etc), with nothing solid I can link to.

I will say the quote is quite ubiquitous, and usually said definitively.

Indeed, Cleon Skousen was the man's name, I believe, and the list was published in a book called The Naked Communist. The list was read into the Congressional Record in 1963 and, reading it 60 years later, Mr. Skousen's hypotheses were remarkably prescient. BTW -- Mr. Skousen was an ex-FBI agent, apparently. So there you go.
