The allegations from FBI whistleblowers is the subject of a hearing on Thursday..

The Federal Bureau of Investigation obtained the financial records of Americans from Bank of America "without any legal process" following the January 6, 2021 riot, according to an interim staff report from the House Judiciary Committee and Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

The report containing allegations from FBI whistleblowers is the subject of a select committee hearing on Thursday.

"Just like FBI whistleblowers [Garret] O’Boyle and [Stephen] Friend, retired FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill provided the Committee with detailed allegations of FBI civil liberties abuses," read the report, which was released ahead of Thursday's hearing.

"Specifically, he testified that following the events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, Bank of America (BoA) gave the FBI’s Washington Field Office a list of individuals who had made transactions in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia area with a BoA credit or debit card between January 5 and January 7, 2021. He also testified that individuals who had previously purchased a firearm with a BoA product were elevated to the top of the list provided by BoA," it also read.

How can our Dem voting relatives and associates believe that is okay? But 99% do.

This is because "Dem voting relatives and associates": are (1) Now gray-haired '60s and '70s "activists" or would-be "activists" who want to see their radical dreams come true before they croak; (2) Their Prozac'd, Ritalin'd and mainstream-media-indoctrinated kids; and (3) Their Adderalled grandkids who believe, thanks to Mom, Grandma, and their schoolteachers, that Donald Trump is "literally Hitler."

It's a formidable group.

Do you think he’s going to arrest himself? The FBI is a 100% armed weapon for the Biden administration to harass and arrest political opponents. Zero Integrity is left in it and whistleblowers are punished.

Merrick Garland is not going to prosecute anyone in the FBI other than perhaps the whistleblowers. A completely corrupt DOJ is his legacy. Worst in history.

Biden won’t fire him. He’s Biden’s attack dog used against political opponents.

Great summary.

The gang’s all here....

I resent their taking my country and trying to “fundamentally transform” her into a Chinese style Saul Alinsky Communist state with citizens as subjects under surveillance and enforced silence.

Guy in screenshot reminds me that 50% of NYC hotel rooms are now occupied by border crossers. Their premium cable service and meals alone must cost a fortune.

Money that can’t be used for veterans who need help.
Or other uses for citizens.

“Durham exposed things, but like most Washington issues, unless a republican, no actions will be taken”

Face it most Republican reps are next to worthless. They’ve done absolutely nothing to stop illegal immigration and with the demographic change that will ensue the Repubs will find it almost impossible to win a national office again. They just continue letting the Dems walk all over them.

Is there not a way to obtain a list or check to see if someone’s name was spied upon so legal action can be brought against the FBI and Federal Gov?

Merrick Garland

He (and some others of DoJ and FBI “management”) should be arrested on charges of racketeering and corruption, for abusing his (their) authority in order to use assets of the DoJ and FBI to arrange causes of harm to the FBI whistleblower.

The political Stalin-like show trial regarding January 6th, is an kangaroo trial of the worst order. Yes, there were some people who damaged federal property, yes there were some people who attacked police officers, but no where near the sedition, treason, and other imprisonment tactics used to make a point.

Again, who’s going to arrest them when the FBI does the arrests?

The House should defund, when they stop getting paychecks maybe they'll get the hint and leave.

Nothing to see folks, move along.

When the DOJ/FBI do it, it is not a criminal activity but a "misstep". No need to look into these missteps. Only you peasants need to follow the law.

Sounds like a class action lawsuit that names BofA AND the FBI is in order.
