He (and some others of DoJ and FBI “management”) should be arrested on charges of racketeering and corruption, for abusing his (their) authority in order to use assets of the DoJ and FBI to arrange causes of harm to the FBI whistleblower.
Again, who’s going to arrest them when the FBI does the arrests?
