If there is any question as to why a hyper-politicized FBI has failed to attract many whistleblowers, Thursday's coming congressional testimony from real FBI whistleblowers should show how they treat their whistleblowers.
Three FBI whistleblowers will testify to Congress on Thursday about the bureau's alleged retaliatory efforts against them for questioning FBI practices and narratives on sensitive political issues.
As House lawmakers continue to investigate the politicization of federal agencies under the Biden administration, numerous individuals within those organizations have come forward with claims of misconduct at the highest levels, and have often reported severe professional backlash from their superiors in the process.
Just the News has obtained the prepared opening statements of whistleblowers Marcus Allen, Garret O'Boyle, and Stephen Friend, who will testify before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
The three FBI special agents who did blow the whistle were treated to an astonishingly vindictive retaliation -- starting with pullings of their security clearances, which left them unable to work -- and a whole host of other petty, mean-spirited actions that would put the KGB to shame.
Allen, on Thursday, will tell Congress that the bureau subsequently suspended his security clearance, questioned his loyalty to the United States, and accused him of holding"conspiratorial views."

If only three have come forward it is either very dangerous to do so, or it’s all BS.
Depending on what type of sensitive info an agent knows, being fired may be the least of their concerns. A prudent FIB agent is probably checking into additional life insurance so their family don’t become paupers should the agent’s world turns against him.
As one of the whistleblowers testified, the FIB rules for WBs are different from those of other Government agencies, and NOT in a good way!
Good post; thanks.
Instead of just offering bogus “whistleblower protections”, we should be making it worth their while with monetary bounties paid to whistleblowers who reveal corruption. And big ones, since they are likely ruining their careers to come forward.

The only problem with that is it could pave the way for FALSE Whistleblowers to come out just for the money. Better to GUARANTEE that they keep their jobs without fear of revenge or payback.
Depends on the meaning of is.
The Congress MUST PUNISH WRAY and the REST of these EVIL SCUM!! NOW!!
WHAT?? A Democrat got PUNISHED?? I am SHOCKED!
“Better to GUARANTEE that they keep their jobs without fear of revenge or payback.”
But you can’t guarantee it. There is always retaliation against whistleblowers, no matter what the law says. So you might as well compensate them enough to make it worth their while.
As for false whistleblowers, well they will not be able to produce legitimate documents and such to back their claims like real whistleblowers would, so I don’t think they would be much of an issue. Just make sure nobody gets the money until the claims are verified.
If one can retire at 50, why speak up?
Democrats are always Democrats first.
Being an American is way down on their list.
