RE: Derek Chauvin appeals conviction in George Floyd murder to Minnesota Supreme Court
He’s not going to win. All the BLM has to do is to HREATEN the members of the Supremem Court or to threaten another riot, and his appeal is DOA.
He should be free. Floyd died of a drug overdose
I wonder how he is holding up in prison? The inmates are likely majority black, some of which might have been put there because of their crimes which he discovered and arrested them for. With the animosity towards him as high as it was thanks to the lies and fecklessness of the spineless jury who be.eived the lies while ignoring the facts, I would imagine he is not faring too well.
Not city. Cities.
Daniel Penny, the subway hero who stopped criminal black with a long rap sheet - is bound to get the same treatment in front of a New York jury:
“Daniel Penny is, a twenty-four-year-old college student and decorated Marine veteran, facing a criminal investigation stemming from him protecting individuals on a NYC subway train from an assailant who later died.”

He did everything by the book. This was a political appeasement.
It is not possible for Chauvin to get a fair trial, no where in America. The jury and judge are cowed by the hard left into submission.
The Mn SC should reverse the decision on hard evidence that is readily obtained. Let the race of professional victims and enablers riot but this time treat the rioters with malice and no quarter.
The Lutefiskers will never overturn it but this puts the case in play for an appeal to SCOTUS.
He should appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. His civil rights were grievously and willfully trampled. To be held accountable for the overdose death of a career criminal is outrageous.
