Race campaigners who set up a woke DEI organization together after witnessing a racist incident in a Starbucks parted ways after threatening to take legal action against each other.
Michelle Saahene and Melissa DePino watched as police arrested two black businessmen who asked to use the restroom of the coffee store in Philadelphia and filmed the interaction in 2018.
A white barista called the police and the men were led away in handcuffs. The incident sparked a change in Starbucks' bathroom police and also got the men an undisclosed fee in a settlement.

IIRC, the two men never asked to use the bathroom. They only sat at a table to wait for another man to show up. That other man showed up when police were arresting them.
And these two women decided to make a fortune off the men’s arrest, just because they happened to be sitting there? People actually paid these women $10,000 to speak? LOL
OK, maybe they did ask to use the restroom, but the rest of my post should be correct.

The Starbucks manager called police and said the men weren't buying anything. But, the men were waiting for another man to show up.
Starbucks has an interesting business model. When this happened, Starbucks policy was to give out free water. You could get a free cup of water and sit there. Your whole group could book a free meeting room in Starbucks without buying anything there. (Bible study groups met at our local Starbucks.) So, when these two guys were arrested because they were waiting for another man before buying something, it made no sense.
Two racist liberal morons trying to
out-liberal each other. And the black woman, who wasn’t discriminated against by Starbucks, made plenty of bucks exploiting this scam.
