I didn’t watch several of those shows so had no clue.
I hope you’ve hard a large time today.
Well, we didn’t do much, but we did it together so that makes it large. My DIL had to work, but everyone else was hanging out here at the house. Plus their horse....er.....dog. Who is as big as a horse. LOL!
Enjoying the time together is definitely a large time. It’s been a while since you’ve been together.
I’d forgotten about the dog. As I recall, it was still a puppy when you were last down there and was huge. Bigger now?
Waaaaay bigger. She is 28” at the shoulder. When she stands at the dining table, her chin can rest on it....easily. LOL!
Ouch! That’s a lotta dog to have in the house. LOL
She’s a pretty girl, I will say.
She is and she is very sweet and gentle. And very mild for a pup that’s barely a year old. Thank God she doesn’t jump up on people because she’s totally taller than I am! She would knock me down for sure.
Are ya having some warmer weather this week? It’s pleasant here...except in the house. Our son keeps it at the freezing point. Or at least it seems that cold. LOL! My granddaughter loaned me a jacket. Oh, yes, I can wear her clothes now. 😳

7/11. Not a big TV watcher.
It’s a very good thing she doesn’t want to hop in everyone’s laps. Usually, they bigger they are, the more they’re convinced they’re lap dogs. LOL She sounds like a sweetie.
It’s been pretty toasty the past few days with highs close to 90. And humid along with it. It was 86 this afternoon but very windy ahead of a cold front coming through. The wind made it comfortable enough to knock out the back yard. I would have mowed the front yard at the other house but dark clouds moved in from the west and I just did finish the back yard when it started raining lightly. It’ll be dry tomorrow so I’ll do the other yard then.
I feel for ya having to wear a jacket in the house. No fun when it’s kept like a meat locker.

Glad you had a chance to get more of the mowing done. Maybe it’ll be cooler when you do the other lawn. It’s a shame you have to to it for two houses! Ugh. One is enough.
That doesn’t surprise me. LOL I remember the pic you posted when you were there last time and she was a big girl then.
I was thrilled to be able to get more mowing done today since I didn’t get to do it yesterday due to rain. I’ hoped to beat the rain today and get the other yard done, too, but that didn’t work out. It’s a much smaller yard and won’t take long tomorrow. I don’t mind doing it but am glad I don’t have to mow all 9 acres! The guys are taking care of the big areas but I still have 3+ to deal with.
It’s going to be comfortable for at least the next week. Upper 70s to 80, which is about where we should be. Just have those pesky chances of afternoon showers and storms most of the week. Crops are coming up all over the place so rain is a good thing.
I’m excited. I just saw a couple of lightning bugs! I just moved the big plants out of the garage to their summer spot at the other house a few minutes ago. They were finally dry and light enough (barely) to handle and I saw the lightning bugs when I walked back over there to water them. Soon it’ll be a magical fairyland at sunset when they wake up each evening.
7 of 11. That comes out to 6.6 or 66%. Looks like I get a “D” on the “B” test.

3 acres is a lot of space and it’s great that you have that little beast that can get it done....and it’s also fun to operate. Except for the bumps. Ouch!
Ahhhhh....fireflies! I love those, but we’ve never had them. I just loved chasing them when we’d visit my grandparents and would go to the church in town at night. They were always popping up right after evening services were over.
I think I’m going to head out in a few. I’m still recouperating from that exhausting drive. Seven hours of staring at the road without moving much can do that. LOL! See ya tomorrow probably.
Well, we won’t talk numbers. I say you did very good! It wasn’t easy. :)
