Maricopa County hides and destroys evidence and lies to the Court. Then they ask that Lake’s case be dismissed due to lack of evidence.
For someone who can’t even get the dates right, this writer seems quite sure of her “facts”.
If that is their courtroom argument, she will lose.

After hearing compelling evidence of Republican district election day vote suppression, he simply regurgitated Marc Elias’ nonsense arguments using an 1891 statute.

Thompson should be voted out at the next cycle. Superior court judges in Arizona are subject to retention votes. Along with Supervisor Gates and crooked Maricopa County Recorder Richer. It’s clear they were all in on it.
But Thompson is particularly bad. Anyone who watched the trial couldn’t believe his verdict.

To get away with it all you need is a corrupted media and political establishment that won’t tolerate dissent so they can keep the power away from the people. Election fraud has a long history outside of Trump.
And not only that, they created a system to pick the way the black-boxes were filled in, so that you were less likely to think that it was made by the computer.
The computer selected one from a 'library' of marks (blobs) of different size and shape, so you could not tell it was manufactured by the computer.

This was done to 'protect the privacy' of... the computer???? They actually said that out loud!
This is the total opposite of what should be done.
If a ballot cannot be scanned, you COULD just reject it.
Or if you manufacture a replacement, it should be absolutely clear it was manufactured, and the original should be attached, so you can audit it.

Thompson is considering a Motions to Dismiss filed by the defendants and a 263-page Motion for Relief from Judgment filed by Lake’s attorneys urging the court to bring back her second count regarding “illegal BOD printer/tabulator configurations,” which Thompson had previously dismissed.
The judge threw out Lake’s lawsuit in December, but the Arizona Supreme Court ordered him to reconsider the issue of signature verification problems.
Lake’s attorney Kurt Olsen told the court that new evidence produced shows there was “clear misconduct and intent.”
He said, “This evidence supports our allegation that the election was rigged.”
Thompson began hearing arguments addressing the Motion for Relief from Judgment first. Olsen said the new arguments are based on receiving new evidence; the system log files and tabulator records, which were only turned over to Lake’s team within the last few months, after the trial had been conducted.”

I had meant to post the links above to show other reporting on the hearing. At least some media is reporting on it, even though most articles you find are very slanted towards Hobbs and Maricopa County. For the December hearings, I can find Youtube videos, but none for the hearing on Friday.
Biden lost. Trump won.
Hobbs lost. Lake won.

100% sure of it.
Nothing I’ve read yet qualifies as anything but fundamental technical ignorance of printer job language and formatting of print jobs. Additionally, reporting has been so egregious in accurate details that I have no clear understanding of what actually occurred election night.
Consequently, I still struggle to understand some details.
However, the quotation I cited echoes the ignorance on the matter.
Unexplained... I thought they knew of the way the ballots were being shrunk.
